+ -1 moreIt was a comfortable experience. The guy they sent to my home was very knowledgable and he helped me to understand why I needed my furnace replaced and not repaired. A team of two guy came to replaced my furnace and they were professional and seemed to be efficient. A month after install I recived a follow up call, and I really appreciated that.

+ -1 moreI've contacted 3 companies and this was the only one that really helped. The first one was a no show.The second one charged me a $100 service fee to be in my home for 3 minutes and told me that he needed $3,500 more so that he could replace my system. When I asked questions he got irritated, so it's safe to say that I didn't use them.Luckily I found a Mechanical Maintenance card and they sent a guy out. He told me that I only needed a compressor and answered each question that I had in detail.Even though he charged $85 for the service fee, it was deducted from my total. I'm so thankful that there are still a few honest people left in this crazy world of ours.
