Matt offered good advice on how to improve my condo for sale and was able to find a buyer for the unit before it was even officially listed. He was very open about real estate trends, good investments, and things we should pass on. We not only ended up in the perfect house for us, but we learned about the community and how to join a new community. Something no one has ever taught us. Matthew was very professional. He answered every text, phone call, and question we had. We were the ones telling him to stop working and enjoy his home life! He made himself available everyday, and we are truly grateful for the companionship through the house buying process.
