Chris is extremely detail oriented and thorough. He went above and beyond the repairs needed. Throughout the projects he kept me updated on the status of his completion of work. He is very passionate about his profession. His fee was an excellent value for the quality.

Chris Rice helped me out of a jam when a highly rated Angie's List business failed to deliver. I had carpet scheduled to arrive in a day, and movers scheduled in four days. The previous service I had hired was supposed to clean, do minor repairs, paint, and have the upstairs carpet ready. The reality was that the painting had been shoddy, there was drywall dust everywhere, and it was dirty. I called Chris at the end of the day, explained my situation, and he came to the rescue. He repainted entire sections of the upstairs, he cleaned out the trash left by the other painters, and he cleared the upstairs of drywall residue. He repatched and repaired the mess in the kitchen from poor wallpaper removal. He was unable to finish everything in time for the carpet, there was simply no time - but he got the floors clean enough for the install, and he was able to resume the painting after the fact, with no paint spillage or any problems whatsoever. He was also very reasonable on price. I can't recommend this business enough. Chris was precise and meticulous with painting, he was very careful about keeping the mess to a minimum, and he was very accomodating and responsive to my needs. Highly recommended!!
