Description of Work: Cindy Mosses people never showed. I called her 6 times and left messages with my phone number just to make sure she had my number. She never called me back to say they were late, to say they could not come or anything. I even called Friday morning hoping that they had been running late and could come first thing Friday morning. In the meantime I had starting cleaning the best I could and continued to clean until just before my company arrived. I have to hire help because of my back. Cindy Mosses and MAID TO PLEASE sent me a message on her site saying she had texted me saying she couldn't come. I never got this text and I know she had my correct number. Knowing how desperate I was should she not have called me? And even in her message she did not apologize for not being able to make it. I had company coming to stay for two weeks and it had to be spotless. I thought this was a reputable company since they had been in business a long time and were on Angie's list. I am hesitant to use Angie's list after this experience. Who do they get to review them? Friends? Relatives?

+ -1 moreThey have been cleaning my house for a couple of years now. They do an excellent job as I have no complaints. They may not always show up exactly on time, but they are so thorough that I do not mind that. They will do any extra things that I request without complaint.
