Luxe is a great value. However, I think their business model that keeps the price down also makes it difficult for someone like me who 'overplans' and is a little bit of a control freak. While easy to determine what to rent and how to pay, they don't always pay attention to notes on the order (like, must be delivered after noon). They are a little hard to get in touch with via phone/email so I was always not quite certain they would deliver when they needed to, or pick up when we needed them to. Everything DID work out just as planned so I think they are definitely worth using. Just make sure to over-communicate with them and confirm several times on delivery times/days for your own piece of mind.
