Limitless did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. They repainted cabinets, installed backsplash, etc. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. From the top down, every individual we met or spoke with was professional, courteous and bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. The employees that installed backsplash and handled repainting of cabinets handled multiple tasks with skill and a high degree of attention of details. Manny and Valeyrie in particular did a great job as did John and Jeremiah. We will definitely use their services again in future.

Limitless was excellent in every way - from the initial visit by the owner to skilled professionals that worked at our house to the handling of any issues that popped up. Those were small and few. Our kitchen looks wonderful and we could not be happier.

Good. We gutted our kitchen, knocked down a wall, and rebuilt everything. Also renovated a bathroom. Limitless was great. They worked with us to pick everything we wanted, and made a custom kitchen and mudroom that we love.

I will hire Limitless again and again! I’ve slowly been renovating my home since I bought it in 2007 so I know what’s involved in dealing with contractors and freelance workers and the problems that go along with it. But my experience with Limitless was incredibly smooth and seamless. Eddie and Tony were respectful of my home and the space they were working as well as my time. They communicated with me and always asked the important questions. The bathrooms are GORGEOUS! And all work was done perfectly and any little issues never became issues because they were taken care of immediately. I will hire Limitless again!

I was really tickled when the Limitless team took extra time and trouble to implement some special touches I requested during our tub-to-shower reno. Specifically, Ryan and Dawson salvaged and chipped away at a few tiles from the demo'd 1955 tub wall. They used these inside the shampoo niche to tie the new shower in with the rest of the retro-cool seafoam green tile that we love and chose to keep in place. Ryan also used his skills and tools to replace my ceramic TP holder with one I had bought overseas. And when I realized I didn't love the trendy rainfall shower head, they swapped it out. There were a few minor mix-ups/mistakes along the way. But most were fixed with no problem. And I was very pleased with the finished work! Everyone I worked with (Christina, Lance, Jeremiah, Ryan & crew) was very professional, and accessible....great communication! The total cost still seemed expensive to me. But I don't have much experience with home renovation to compare.

It was one of the best experiences I ever had. What stood out most was they done what they said they would do, for the price they quoted, and it was immaculate and done right in all phases of the project.

Limitless Renovations was a Five-Star experience all around. From Jeff who sold us on the bathroom remodel, to the project coordinator, Jeremiah, who kept us informed every step of the way, to Brian and Larry who came into my house and id the work (and cleaned up nicely afterwards) to the owner, Lance, who personally inspected the job. This was a great crew who accommodated every choice I made for materials and my hectic schedule. The bathroom is beautiful!

I cant express how happy I am that I choose Limitless Renovations Statewide. From the first visit of Gary to the last visit of John who did most of the work, I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Everyone, Sandy, to Gary, to Lisa ( who is amazing in her designing) to Lance to John ( who went out of his way to accommodate my little needs for the kitchen) , and of course Jeremiah, who was my coordinator. Any questions I had with anything to do with the project was answered quickly and without hesitation, even last minute questions I had on the weekends.. Now that's what I call professionalism. We even had chats here and there just to get to know each other. What a fun staff..... If you are about to do some renovations, you really don't need to look any further, this company, will do it all and with the upmost respect and professionalism. Basically flawless. A few minor setbacks but the only thing Limitless wants to know is “ tell us what you want “. They’re number one focus is customer service. From start ( design ) to walkthrough ( by the owner ) to installation, all they want to know is what you want done. They made the whole process very relaxed. (Also, Saul and his guys left our house as clean as when they walked in .. every day). I would recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Limitless Renovations could be summed up with the word, Detailed. Tonya did our initial project evaluation and she was excellent at listening to our thoughts and making suggestions, along with letting us know what ideas weren't practical for us. She assisted with picking out fixtures such as lights, faucets, handles etc. She explained what the entire process would be from start to finish. Lance came out and reviewed the project after we elected to go with Limitless. He pointed out some other details regarding what would look best. Bernard did all of the demolition and renovation and he was also extremely detailed and never hesitated to ask us our thoughts when there was any question. He was very detailed about getting the right slope of the shower floor, bench and soap and shampoo insets so that water would not be able to set without moving to the drain. The only problem we had was one towel rack that was required was the wrong one three times. That is the only reason this review isn't five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend Limitless Renovations. After our project they got another larger project based on our recommendation.

Limitless did an excellent job renovating my 2 bathrooms. From start to finish they kept me informed and performed all work to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my new bathrooms.

Limitless Renovations worked with us on installing a new shower, repairing water damage, and installing a new vanity in our half bath. They helped us in layout design and in selecting hardware and tile. They were always professional and open to making adjustments to the work agreed on. They warranty their work for three years, which was a big selling point for us. We found their quotes to be competitive and reasonable. All work done was of high quality and everything was cleaned up after work was complete. Would work with Limitless Renovations again, and will recommend to others.

We are very happy with the completed project. All employees and contractors used were skilled and professional. The project was completed within the time frame quoted. Limitless was very responsive and helpful about advising us in design and function options available. We will not hesitate to use their services in the future and have recommended them to our neighbors.

I called Brian for an estimate and unfortunately this company does not service my area. Brian did however give me great information about how much the project should cost and where to find honest, reliable people. He even told me to call him if I ran in to a problem!!. Super nice guy. IT WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY IMPRESSED. WENT ON VACATION AND A WEEK LATER I HAD A BRAND NEW BATHROOM. I AM REFERRING EVERYBODY I KNOW.

My project went superbly. I was still living in NYC while renovating my new condo in Atlanta. Needed a contractor I could trust to be there and complete my job on time. Limitless did not disappoint. Lance is a man of his word and was on top of my project the entire time. It is a pleasure to walk into my kitchen and bathroom. They are light, modern and cheery. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

Called based on reviews I read here. Made appointment for August 1st and was told I needed to schedule three hours for the meeting so I cleared my calendar. Got call a few days later asking if the meeting could be moved to the 8th, I said fine and adjusted my schedule, shortly (same day as I recall) got another call asking if I could do the 9th, I said OK and adjusted my calendar again. Three days later, they contact me asking to move the appointment to the 16th. I say no, but I'm still willing to meet on the 9th. They canceled the appointment. Can't speak for the work they do, but in terms of following through on their commitments or respecting their customer's time, I would not recommend them.

The shower turned out beautifully and added value to our home. Very professional and dependable. Would highly recommend.

One minor glitch with the corner cabinet measuring (left a void) they fixed immediately. Super workers, nice, polite, tidy, respectful, and very helpful and professional. Beautiful outcome.

Beautifully. This is a full service company who took care of everything from design to installation. This was by far the most professional, reliable, respectful, considerate, knowledgeable group of people I have ever worked with on a home repair/remodel project. There were at least 6 people with this company with whom I had contact and each and every one was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant people who truly enjoyed what they were doing. Lance Smith (owner) has established a successful business model, hires excellent people and treats them well. They truly do stand behind their work and strive to make the customer happy every step of the way. I was extremely impressed with the operations and with the people. The project went smoother than expected and turned out beautifully--I am a picky person and can't find a thing wrong. But it is important to keep an eye on progress so that things can be corrected before it's too late. There were only a couple of minor hiccups, but they were handled quickly and easily. It was nice to have a company that could help with design, material selection, ordering, delivery and installation. They took care of everything and did an excellent job of scheduling the work so it was the least disruptive and the most efficient use of everyone's time.
