We contracted Limitless renovations to renovate our master bath. Doug did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend them for your bath or kitchen remodel

Limitless Renovations provided us with an exceptional team from the salesperson (Teneshia) to the installers(Sunil and Vic). They are so professional, accommodating and tireless. They worked very hard to create a bathroom that we love. They worked standing in the cold to cut tile, walked from outside to the bathroom countless times a day and built a beautiful bathroom that exceeds our expectations. They cleaned up every night and were so thoughtful as they worked to completion. Kiki kept us informed every step of the way. We always received a call from Sunil or Vic letting us know their arrival time. Of course Teneshia told us we would be pleased, but we had no idea. When we do a kitchen renovation, we'll be calling Limitless and we'll want the same team. There are a lot of unreliable people doing business and in contrast Limitless Renovation stands out like a lighthouse.

We love our new bathroom! We originally had an old whirlpool type tub which was never used. In fact, I spent more time keeping it clean from all the debris that would leak through the whirl vents than I did the shower. The original shower was built with a mystery that even the contractors at Limitless couldn't figure out why it was built so high from the floor. We all wondered why; was there some big rock they couldn't dig out so they just built the old shower up and over it. Our biggest fear was someone tripping over the ledge on their way in or out of the shower. The big mystery turned out to be some idiotic idea of the original builder. Oh, and the entire bathroom was still in its original pink tile...yuck! Limitless' first crew (Ukraine) ripped out the tub and shower, removed all the flooring and towel racks and light fixtures. The second crew (Hispanic)came and removed the old wallpaper, repaired any holes,then painted the walls and borders. The third crew (American) installed the actual glass shower portion. I mention the different backgrounds of the crew only because I want it to be known that every one of these crew members spoke English, and were very personable and respectful. Sometimes we'd have to remind ourselves to stop talking with them and let them get back to work. The only con I have has nothing to do with Limitless or the crews; but the dust was over whelming at times. But it was worth it. Our bathroom is so open and roomy, and we really can't say enough about it. Thanks to all the Limitless folks, including Kiki who was our go-between at the office. Every one of them earned an triple A rating.

I must begin by saying that I am a very demanding person. I believe LR deserves an overall A+ rating, not because they are perfect, but because in the context of the work, they did an outstanding job. I needed to renovate 7 bathrooms in a luxury investment property I own in Atlanta. I personally don’t live in Atlanta so I needed to select a vendor who could complete the project in a timely fashion and without requiring my presence. Although the sales process started kind of bumpy but I could see the potential in them to do a good job. Christina who led the sales phase was a wonderful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable lady. As the face of the company she had a lot to do with giving me a sense of comfort to go with them. However, the numbers in the proposal did not always make sense to me. As a former corporate executive, I was used to reviewing many contracts and managing many vendors, so by habit I would go through the proposal with careful attention to the numbers. I would find minor discrepancies here and there which created some tension between us. But we got over that step and finally reached agreement for them to do the job in about 2.5 months. In the implementation phase the project was led by Jeremiah, who was a pleasure to work with. He was customer focused and had the right attitude. He was not there to argue with me about little things here and there and tried to accommodate my desires throughout the project in a reasonable way. He appreciated the large project I had given them and wanted to keep me happy. The team on site, in charge of doing the work, was led by Peter. Peter and his team did a SUPERB job. I cannot say enough good things about their work. It was truly remarkable! They showed up consistently around 7 am and put a full day of work 5 days/week. I never had to worry about chasing them to show up. Peter took such a pride in his work that I did not need to worry about checking his work while I was not in Atlanta. I would return to town periodically to check the progress and I was always pleased by how fast they had worked and the quality of their work. I have several properties and I have had to do a lot of work in those properties over the years. This was the first time that I truly enjoyed watching the work without any headache. One of the best early decisions I made was to purchase almost all materials myself. Generally speaking, the work material was provided by them but I provided all vanities, tiles, fixtures, mirrors, chandeliers, sconces, etc. That way I could be in complete control of the quality of the materials. I chose to get 3 of my countertops and sinks from them. The countertops are beautiful and very nicely cut and installed but the sinks are kind of small. I should’ve paid more attention to their sizes. If I were doing it again I would buy larger sinks. After the project was completed I had a house cleaner clean the bathrooms and all of a sudden I had a leak in the ceiling under one of my baths. Peter came back and checked the work & claimed that the leak had nothing to do with his work & showed me a picture of another pipe where he believed the root of the leak was. I found that hard to believe but there was no point in arguing with them since they willingly told me that “though it was not their fault” they would fix it for me. Jeremiah had a great attitude about it and had Peter fix the problem. In my opinion the best way to judge a vendor is how they react to the problems, especially after they have already been paid. Many people are responsive while they want to get paid. But doing the repair without charging me, with a positive attitude, after they have received their last payment, is the sign of a vendor I can trust! Overall, LR is a first-rate vendor. Lance has built a company that runs like a well-oiled machine with structures in place to ensure everything goes smoothly. I must add that they are not cheap and their price point is higher than many other vendors. But if you want high quality work with minimum headache and a vendor you can rely on, I strongly recommend them to you.

The project was a great experience beginning to end. Trevor came to the house and listen to what I wanted and gave me feed back and ideas showed me pictures of what my project would look like. We choose them over 6 others because of their professional approach. The demolition was quick and to the point with care taken for the rest of the house. Then I got to meet the Installer Doug. He was very knowledgeable and talented and took the room from empty to wonderful. The subfloor, floor, tile shower ,electrical ,plumbing ,toilet, vanity and kept me informed every step of the way. next the painters, then final details and if there was anything that needed extra attention I need only call Kiki the asst project manager.. done.. A good experience over all...we smile ear to ear every time we enter this room.

It went great. They did a Fantastic job! All projections came out as they said it would and they were very detailed in all aspects of the job. I highly recommend them.

Very professional team from initial sales (Trevor), project review/contract signing (Lance) and installation (Doug,Kiki). All work was done on time and within agreed costs. All questions an/or changes handled promptly. Care taken to protect carpeting/flooring during the project. Debris removed in a timely fashion. They did a great job, we are very pleased. We have recommended Limitless Renovations to neighbors and work colleagues.

This company is amazing! The team that we worked with was very thorough in their work, focused on quality and making sure that me, the customer, was truly happy. If I didn’t like something, they asked me what I wanted instead and got me exactly what I wanted. The crew was amazing! Wonderful people to work with on this dream kitchen. They were focused on quality and perfection. They identified flaws and fixed them before my husband or I even noticed it. Limitless Renovations was very professional. They were very organized and the quality was excellent. All the workers were on time everyday and they were nice and professional. In the planning stage Chuck recommended a taller vanity, since I am tall, and it is working out great.

Limitless Renovations just completed a full gut and reload small bathroom renovation for me. They did an excellent job. The finished product is beautiful, efficient, and very functional. Christina did a great job helping me to plan the job and had wonderful suggestions as she really listened and understood what I was looking for. Marek was our primary guy and his work was incredible. Very quick, very clean, no mess and as I said the finished product is beautiful. I started this project as I had a leak from the shower that several plumbers told me we would have to pull the shower out to find the problem, so I decided while we were doing that, I would redo the entire bathroom. Marek went above and beyond to identify the exact problem, which ended up not being what initially everyone thought it would be. Erik installed the flooring (master bedroom also) and was very quick and did a fantastic job. The only glitch we had was with scheduling. Initially, Lance Smith had indicated they would start during the week of July 2nd and it would be approximately 3 week project. They actually started on July 9th and finished on August 14th. A couple of days, we had been informed that someone would be there and no one came that day and we didn't receive communication that they would not be there. The delays weren't a problem, that they weren't communicated to us was the problem. We did express our frustration and communication got better after that. I would definitely use Limitless Renovations for future projects, the quality and ease of the finished project made a few communication blips not matter much. My Bathroom is Amazing now!

They are very responsive. The first one, Tenicia, came out and she walked with my wife. She was great. She gave details about the service and answered questions that come up and was very responsive to everything.

Limitless Renovations worked with us on every aspect of this experience. They were sensitive to our budget and helped us brain storm ways to be cost effective. They did everything they could to help us get what we wanted within the range we needed it to be. Every person we interacted with was flexible and helpful and always available. We interacted with 5 people who all treated us like their most important client and had the same positive attitude. They were in constant communication with us at every step. They worked with our schedule to make sure we were comfortable with the timeline. Our installer and his partner, Eugene and Stephan, were incredible to work with. They were kind, polite, professional, and worked so hard. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The final product is perfect! We are so grateful for this experience and would recommend them over and over again. They are a well-oiled machine and it shows. Thank you Limitless!

Everything went better than expected. The installer was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We couldn't be any happier with the results. We will definitely hire them again for other home projects.

Two bathrooms completely remodeled in my condo...ahead of schedule. Everything was replaced (new walls, ceiling, shower, tile, toilets, sinks, etc). The whole experience was simplified because they use separate teams for each process (sales, project mgt and installation) . They were mindful of my budget and assisted me in making selections and offered advice when needed. The team of professionals made the experience very easy and I look forward to working with the company again when I remodel my kitchen.

Excellent. Only one thing that cost a star: Lance talked me out of a pot filler in my kitchen. He to,d me it would be too labor intense (my words). My husband later installed it on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunate that Lance did not spend any time educating himself on the installation process, therefore he talked me out of it.

Our bathroom remodeling with Limitless was phenomenal from beginning to end. This was our first remodel and aimed to replace a fiberglass shower and vinyl flooring with tile. We set a consultation appointment. Taniesha was our designer and salesperson and was very professional, courteous, and connected my wife and me. After signing the agreement we were kept up to date on all aspects of the project by Kiki and Jeremiah. Our installer Reggie, did excellent work tearing out the old floor and shower and then installing beautiful tile. At all times the work area was kept neat. He also took great care of our bedroom furniture by covering everything to prevent dust build-up and covered the floor area that he traversed as he went back and forth between his truck and the workplace. Overall, the quality of work and customer service of Limitless make them an excellent choice for remodeling. I highly recommend Limitless and plan to use them again.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Limitless Renovations! The main crew I had (Eddie and Tony) were great for a number of reasons. They're very skilled and experienced and anticipated my needs, asked a lot of questions to make sure things were done right the first time, and willingly cleaned up, helped me move things, whatever was needed to keep things running smoothly. They communicated with me all along the way to let me know what they were doing, where they were if they had to be on another job for a brief time, just a lot of little things that made the job stress free. Franki and his drywall crew were also wonderful. They made sure the space was a dust free as possible which is a huge benefit. They worked quickly and everything looks great! I look forward to working with Limitless again and highly recommend the company to others.

Tonya was the first person who sold my husband and myself on working with Limitless Renovations. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the latest trends and timeless style that made our new master bath a space that we will love for a long time. Then Eddie and Tony came and did the renovation. There were a few other crews who put the counter tops in and shower doors in but Eddie and Tony were with me from start to finish. I have to say I miss them already. They were always on time and did incredible work. You can tell that they take pride in their work and the end product shows it. Jeremiah was the project manager and he was in touch with me throughout the renovation. He ALWAYS answered my questions quickly, even at night, after hours and on the weekends. He was a pleasure to work with and made the job run smoothly and on time.

Jeff was the salesman who got things going. His positive attitude and taking responsibility was an omen of good things to come. He responded quickly to any questions which enabled us to quickly sign and get the project going. Jeremiah was the project manager. Fortunately, we rarely had to communicate with him. But we knew that he was, in fact, in control of everything. He always quickly responded to text messages which to me is critical. He kept his thumb on the entire process and I truly believe that the timely completion of the overall job was due to his efforts. We are most impressed with Joseph, the onsite installer. His attitude is always positive. His concern for the client is very evident. His eye for detail is way above mine. Whenever we asked a question or needed clarification, he was always available and concise with the answer. His suggestions on details indicate that he knows and understands the specifics of the job. He knows how to prep a house for a project and his requirement for cleanliness was most apparent throughout the process. Three words to describe Joseph: professional, dependable, respectful. Couldn’t ask for more.
