This review is for the bathroom only. We are also working with Limitless Reno. on our kitchen remodel! Iâ ll be the first to admit I can get stressed easily over things out of my control, but they did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process. One of the biggest things for me is the level of communication every step of the way, which significantly reduced that stress. Cindi was my main point of contact and she reached out often to ask how it was going. She will detail what to expect, as well as what the next steps are. I appreciate this because it helped me feel a little in control instead of feeling like Iâ m in an HGTV episode not knowing whatâ s going on with the remodel. Cindi is great and addressed every concern I may have. My partner and I had a vision for what we wanted our bathroom to look like. We knew almost every aspect: tile, countertops, cabinets, fixtures, everything. And Limitless Renovations DELIVERED. I do want to specifically bring attention to Ryan and Sean who were the main guys working in my bathroom almost every day throughout the remodel. They are ROCKSTARS. They worked with me to make sure my vision came to light. They would address anything I may have spotted and called out. I really appreciated their patience with me. Any questions or clarifications they needed, they were sure to ask instead of assuming. They were also ready to answer any and all questions I had as well. Iâ m just so appreciative of these two and am so glad they were the ones working on my bathroom. Very nice guys. Our bathroom is a night and day difference. It is our own personal â spaâ bathroom. We still admire our bathroom every day and are in awe of just how amazing it looks and how great Limitless did with our remodel. We are very grateful. I also want to send a big thank you to Jeremiah, Lisa, and Stephanie who were part of the bathroom reno process as well. They were the main people I spoke with at the beginning of the process and they were all fantastic.

I used Limitless Renovations for my bathroom remodel. Despite them submitting one of the higher estimates, I also chose them to do my kitchen remodel. Beyond the quality of work, their commitment to customer service makes me a huge fan. They are communicative, highly responsive, and professional. They provide a detailed scope of work and schedule that you can depend upon. When problems arise or you make changes they update you immediately, adjust accordingly, resolve any issues and keep you apprised of any impacts to the budget or schedule. Their team members are uniformly personable and professional which is a bonus when strangers are coming into your home. I like their work. More importantly, I LOVE my new kitchen!!!

I recommend Limitless for the great work they did on my bathroom remodel. Throughout the process, they were VERY good with communication and expectation setting and everyone from the initial sales meeting (with Steve) to the bathroom remodeler (Adrian) and the office staff (December) were very professional and pleasant to work with. The acrylic Simtile they installed looks great (almost identical to regular tile) and I'm happy with the final product. Adrian was very friendly, prompt, and did a great job on the install.

Very well run company. All aspects of this bathroom remodel were covered multiple times prior to work starting. Our installer did a fantastic job (especially on the tile work) and we couldn't be happier with the work. The main point of contact was very responsive to questions and always did it with a smile on her face. The work was a bit pricey but you get what you paid for in the work performed. Yet againâ ¦Second go round, Limitless Renovations performed a stupendous and magnificent job on my kitchen renovation. The 1st RENO job was my Master Bathroom. Iâ m â verrry very PLEASEDâ and happy with the end results of my kitchen renovation. Never did I think my kitchen renovation/design would turn out to be so grand, sleek, beautiful, polished, and truly a modern spectacle to enjoy and share with family and friends. Limitless Renovations team listened and brought my kitchen vision to life. Special Thank You and appreciation to Limitless Renovations Senior Renovation Specialist, Designer, Senior Project Manager, Technical Engineers, and everyone else that contributed to my kitchen renovation. If you are looking for a complete transformation, you need to go with Limitless. From design to installation, they make the entire process as smooth as possible. Their work is flawless. We couldnâ t be happier with our brand new kitchen and bathroom!

All employees were great at their jobs and hard workers.

To put this as compactly as possible When there are no problems, things move smoothly. When problems arise, they screw you every chance they get. The owner of Limitless Renovation, after an act of negligence on their subcontractors part that destroyed my first floor, 1) attempted to coordinate a bare minimum clean up job having zero credentials demonstrating they even know how to do remediation work, 2) insisted renovation work could continue the very next day when the work area was overtly damaged, 3) reassigned my subcontractor the next day onto a new project and rendered him unavailable for an additional week and a half, 4) attempted to bully me into not filing an insurance claim so his rates would not go up, and 5) refused to reimburse me for costs that I incurred directly as a result of their negligence. The worst thing about the entire experience was the empty apologies and the zero focus on customer experience. Accidents happen, that is a fact of life. My house was in a construction zone for 5 weeks. It sucked. Never once ever did the team of Limitless Renovation say anything along the lines of We know your life has been upended, is there anything we can do to help you? â or We know this has been a horrible experience, let us please give X% off of the total cost of your job. But they did reach out fairly quickly after the project was completed to send me a final invoice. If given the chance, they will screw you over while being as polite as possible. Do not contact this firm.

Limitless was fantastic from start to finish on our bathroom remodel project. They make it so easy to choose your materials by bringing samples to your home. Their communication about the project was always timely; the workmanship was excellent; and everyone was always professional and friendly. While the cost might have been slightly higher, it was worth it to have the job completed on schedule with zero hassle. Plus, our bathroom looks gorgeous!

We had some issues, but Limitless came through every step and covered their work and made things right. Excellent reliability.

I called and made an appointment with Limitless Renovations to see about renovating my ugly Master Bathroom. I was wowed with the quality of people that came through (each having their own part of the project and doing their portion excellently). I am thrilled beyond belief and the quality of the work is beautiful and I now love my Master BR!

Limitless renovations performed a fantastic job of renovating my shower. Every crew that arrived at my home was professional and friendly. They were a little pricey, but the work performed as top quality.

They were professional, but the project took longer than we expected. They were able to work out problems to our satisfaction and made sure we were happy with all results.

Remodeled 3 bathrooms for us - expensive but all turned out great and the few minor follow ups were addressed very timely. Would use them again !

The initial mtg. was with a rep to discuss our budget and what we would like to accomplish. No pressuring into spending more which was so appreciative. We had them in for the first project to update out master bath, and then had them come back to update all the cabinets in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The master bath came out beautiful; they removed an old tub and installed a shower and tile floors. The painted cabinets definitely lightened things up. Couldn't be happier. The workers were friendly and considerate by spreading paper around to avoid trampling dust or paint throughout the house. Highly recommend them.

Overall excellent experience with professionalism at all levels of the company from the owner to the professional craftsmen completing each phase of the project. There was a crew of 1-2 people working across all construction specialties (tile, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc) for the whole project. Specialists for the cabinets, mirror and shower glass were also very competent and courteous!

The main crew was great but there was no supervision and no follow up from company. No one checking products ordered. For example the bathroom vanity opened to the wrong side. No drawings were made. It is a small bathroom so things needed to fit well.

I had someone available for all of our questions at all times. From Aimee who assisted us initially to Kristi who assisted us through completion. I highly recommend limitless renovations

Very smoothly done project - completely gutted old bathroom in our 1940s house and redid it from top to bottom. Very fast, tidy and thorough. Good communication. Very considerate of our need for social distancing. Eddie and Tony and every other person we worked with a were a joy to work with.

Limitless Renovations was a joy to work with. They came in right on budget, and they provided attentive care and counsel throughout the process. Tonya was awesome as our designer, and she was a huge help as we worked through all the big decisions that come with a major kitchen remodel. The team was very professional and responsive to every need. Can't wait to work with them again when we're ready to re-do our bathroom!
