We have window opening that needed to be closed in and replaced with a transom window. We were very impressed with the customer service. If he said he would be here at a particular time, he was here. Work was perfect and very reasonable. No one could tell the siding on the outside had been added in. Matched perfectly. However, with this said, we called him last year and he never returned our called. We were really surprised that someone who had been so reliable wouldn't even answer our calls.

My wife and I used Limitless Renovations for a complete bathroom remodel. The crew gutted everything in the bathroom, replaced the vanities, the toilet, rebuilt the shower, painted, and installed all of the tile. Their craftsmanship was superb! Like any remodeling job, there were a few unexpected bumps along the way, but they were all addressed immediately and successfully. The entire team was 100% trustworthy and professional. They are masters when it comes to both communication and execution. Truly a fantastic company to work with, and I will use them again in the future. Very highly recommended

Limitless renovated my master bathroom, and I could not be happier. Jeff and Lance on the front end helped me focus to create my vision. Lance spent time with me ,made suggestions, and together we came up with a plan soup to nuts. The installers were reliable, professional, personable, and skilled. The entire experience was a good one and that is saying a lot as renovations can be stressful. Lot's of decisions. But I did not feel rushed, or pressured. I highly recommend Limitless Renovations!

I've renovated other bathrooms at other houses before so I had a clear idea of what I wanted with this renovation of my master bath: out with the old, in with the new and I want it timeless, not trendy, and please don't over-engineer it (does everything have to be CAD-ed out?) and please don't overcharge me for it. I got everything I requested and then some - my designer Tonya was awesome - she listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, didn't try to oversell me, discussed realistic budgets with me, and designed exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough great things about my installer Jon who showed up everyday and worked awfully hard to make things just right. My new master bath is truly exactly what I wanted and the cost was appropriately priced and within budget. Zero cost overuns, zero problems. Worksite was meticulously maintained. I look forward to making my second bath just as fabulous down the road with Limitless Renovations Statewide. Kudos to CEO Lance for putting together a well-oiled renovation machine! What I did: 1) replaced existing shallow and wide and obligatory whirlpool tub with a rectangular and deep soaking tub. 2) tore out worn and tiny shower pan and tile shower and enlarged the shower and retiled everything. I asked for a tile insert/panel on one wall of the shower and the face of the tub to add interest. 3) new quartz countertops with undermounted sinks. 4) new wood-look tile floor (which is amazing BTW). Jon installed mirrors and a medicine cabinet that I purchased myself. Having a beautiful, new, clean, and functional master bath makes me happy and I know that it will still look fabulous many years down the road regarding the resale value. Lance and his crew are top notch. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. I had never had to undertake a project like this so I was a bit apprehensive to begin with. You hear so many horror stories. I did the three bid process and all the bids were comparable but I just felt that Limitless would do the best job for us. Kathryn helped us pick out the tile, paint and fixtures. She didn't try to "over sell" us. Joseph was our main installer and he did a fantastic job. The painters did it us right as well. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

This is our third remodel using Limitless. As in the past Tonya did a great job of designing what would work best in our bathroom. Very pleased with the final product.

I had heard so many horror stories about renovations that I was very timid about taking on this project but I am so happy that we hired Limitless Renovations to do our master bathroom renovation. They responded immediately to our request for work and Kathryn came to our house with samples to select for the bathroom. Shiller was our worker who could do anything. He was meticulous in his work and very neat. He covered my floors everyday so the carpet wasn't ruined. I felt very comfortable leaving my house to Shiller while I ran errands...he became a friend to our family. The work was completed in time and slightly over budget (I had a problem with the granite I selected). If I could suggest anything, it would be to have a better selection of granite. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Limitless did a wonderful job renovating our small, master bath. Our home was built in 1986, so the original build reflected that -- with a stall shower and large, low to the ground tub that took up the majority of the space in the bathroom. The renovation included a demo of the wall separating the tub from the stall shower and removing the tub/rerouting the plumbing to the opposite wall. The space looks completely modernized now and we are thrilled with our choices in both Cararra Marble and wood grain tile. The design specialist/sales associate, Jeff, was knowledgeable of the products that were offered. Joe was the installation specialist, and he was both very professional and personable. I felt 100% comfortable with he and his team at our home as I worked from another location most days. The end product is beautiful and we are so grateful for the work and attention to detail by the team at Limitless Renovations!

Limitless Renovations just completed a kitchen remodel for us. New cabinets, backsplash, countertops, appliance installations.... and a laundry room update. The staff was very helpful with making decisions on colors, tiles, countertops etc. All of the workers were professional and I was comfortable having them in our home (a big thing with me!). We had a couple small glitches during the remodel, but the owner, Lance, stayed in touch with me and got the contractors scheduled until the job was complete. I would absolutely use them again!

Kathryn and Lance helped guide me to make what I believe to be a good decision on a master bathroom remodel. So much so that I moved forward with a remodel of the guest bathroom and some updates to the kitchen. Ryan and his crew did excellent work. I am pleased with my beautiful bathrooms. And, while the kitchen is still a work in progress, I am pleased with the new granite counter top and new sink/faucet. I am glad that I chose Limitless Renovations to do my projects.
