They were excellent workers, arrived on time as scheduled, cleaned up when they finished, and the work was beautifully done.

We are still in the middle of our bathroom remodel. The Limitless guys are very respectful of your home during the reno. My home is spotless when they leave! Shiller has been amazing with extraordinary attention to detail. Fabulous communicator. He tells my husband all the time, "I want her to be happy!" Shiller, I'm thrilled so far!

The communication was great. They were attentive to our needs and ideas. The office was silent, however, only if I called did I get answers. But we are pleased with the finished product.

Lance is a man of his word. He reviewed my project before making a promise he could not deliver. His team are skilled professionals all with specialities. The project is scheduled with this in mind. Given that I was in another state during the work I was thankful for such a professional team. My work was finished early and tomorrow I am moving into a gorgeous completed condo thanks to Limitless Renovations. My bathroom and kitchen are fabulous - sleek, modern and cheery! Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat !

Had a complete remodel done on 2 1/2 35 year old bathrooms. The whole process from planning to demolition of existing baths to remodel was great. The contractors used on this job were highly professional (I recommend asking for Francis as your contractor) and did great work. Price wise they were in the middle of the three firms from whom I got quotes. I highly recommend these guys.

I had other quotes but their people didnt seem as thorough or knowledgeable as Stephanie. She was very detailed and clear, and she was prepared. Had a minor issue with one cabinet build that they fixed quickly. Onsite workers were tidy, extremely polite, and very respectful of my house.

This was by far the most professional, reliable, respectful, considerate, knowledgeable group of people I have ever worked with on a home repair/remodel project. There were at least 6 people with this company with whom I had contact and each and every one were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant people who truly enjoyed what they were doing. Lance Smith (owner) has established a successful business model, hires excellent people and treats them well. They truly do stand behind their work and strive to make the customer happy every step of the way. I was extremely impressed with the operations and with the people. The project went smoother than expected and turned out beautifully--I am a picky person and can't find a thing wrong. But it is important to keep an eye on progress so that things can be corrected before it's too late. There were only a couple of minor hiccups, but they were handled quickly and easily. It was nice to have a company that could help with design, material selection, ordering, delivery and installation. They took care of everything and did an excellent job of scheduling the work so it was the least disruptive and the most efficient use of everyone's time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Lance and his ENTIRE crew worked with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. Both my wants and needs were not only met but were EXCEEDED. The way in which I was cared for from start to finish made me feel extremely valued as a customer. We took our fixer-upper and made it into a home I feel truly excited to turn the key into everyday. The communication I experienced was especially appreciated and helped my husband and I make decisions based on our budget and what would bring more value to our home. I went through 20 different contractors trying to get estimates on our projects. Out of those 20, only 3 actually got back to me!!! I was exhausted an on the verge on giving up when I found Lance. Limitless lived up to the name! There is no limit to the patience, the time, the workmanship, and the skill this company put in to see my job through. What I had been told many times was a 4-month job they completed in 8 wks. There was not a day that went by that there wasnt someone working on one project or another. And as a business owner myself, I know that that is no small feat. Logistically, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. These guys are pros! I will continue to use Limitless and I will continue to refer them to everyone I know. What a great experience!!!!

We were desperately in need of a bathroom makeover on our 1950's jack-and-jill style bathroom that was loosely functioning as our Master Bathroom. We had a moderate budget but very specific high-end taste - and the desire to convert our walk-in shower to a tub/shower combo. We definitely didn't think we'd be able to afford what we wanted, but once we met w/ Gary for our initial consultation, we were confident that Statewide was going to make it happen for us. Lance & Gary worked with us to make sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted, and within the budget and time frame we needed. They gave us a time-frame, and they honored that time frame to the day! Every person we worked with from Limitless was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed in our renovation. Jeremiah, our Project Manager was awesome, communicating w/ us from beginning to end and Ryan and the other contractor were awesome to work with as wel. In the end, we increased the square-footage in our once-tiny jack-and-jill bathroom, and made it a true master-bathroom (by closing off the door to the adjoining bedroom) making it so much more functional, and absolutely beautiful and modern! The workmanship was incredible down to every detail. We are so pleased with our new Master Bathroom! Other contractors we interviewed frowned upon our desire to ADD a tub (which was our #1 desire) and discouraged us from trying to move a load-bearing wall in order to fit a tub in, but Limitless found and MADE a way to make it happen for us. We would highly recommend Limitless Renovations to anyone and we would definitely use them again! So glad we found them!

Working with Limitless from Lance the owner to Eddie and Tony the craftsmen it's been a great experience. Our Mbath turned out great with top drawer materials and workmanship.

The team did a great job, gave suggestions, and answered questions through the process.

Completed multiple projects for us - painting, refinishing floors, drywall repair, etc. The owner was very responsive and communicated with us throughout the project. It took a little longer than expected due to weather but I am completely happy with the outcomes and hope to have Limitless completed my next project.

My husband and I hired Lance to convert a single car garage into a family room. Our experience was great-from the initial consultation with Jeff, to the walk through with Lance and the various crews that played a part in the completed project. We could not be more pleased. I look forward to working with Lance and his team again soon for 2 bathroom remodels and a kitchen update.

Lance's team did a tremendous job on 2 bathroom remodels in my home. Their quality of work and attention to detail was unbelievably refreshing considering the headaches that are sometimes associated with contractors at the house. Even more, the customer service that we received from Jon while he was at our home was second to none. They came out quickly for a free quote and then once hired, erred on the side of over communication to ensure that everything came out exactly as we imagined. Highly recommend!

Limitless did a fantastic job remodeling both the bathrooms from start to finish. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. The work was done in a very timely fashion. I am very happy with the finished product.

I remodeled a master bath and adjoining smaller bath. This is a bit of a mixed review. I will say up front that their installation was top notch. The person who performed the work, Bernard, was great, very meticulous and really cared about doing a great job. I've got no complaints as far as that goes. However, I would be remiss if I didn't mention a couple of items that a potential customer should be aware of. Let's just say they need to improve their communication during the sales process. First, when their salesperson waxes on about their custom cabinets, well - not so much. We wanted white cabinets, but their samples only had pearl (which is not white). We were told by the salesperson we could have any color we wanted. He neglected to mention there would be a $2,000 increase in the price to get white. Also the cabinets were not solid wood, even though the samples he showed us were solid wood. That's not my definition of custom cabinets. Luckily we found out about this in time to order solid wood, white cabinets from Build.com at a huge savings, and they turned out great. 2nd, make 100% certain they give you an itemized parts list of what you ordered with exact model numbers, and then check those model numbers against what arrives. I didn't do that, and we got the wrong tub. They claim it was the tub that I ordered, but I'm 100% certain is was not. Basically, I've got a 60 inch tub that should have been 72 inch tub. Anyway, save yourself some grief and make sure they give you an itemized list with model numbers of everything you've agreed upon. You'd figure they would do this as SOP to protect themselves as well as the customer. There are issues with any remodeling project, and I had my share. Just be prepared for things not to go according to plan. My floors were hugely out of square and had to be rebuilt to properly lay the tile. The company that cut the quartz countertops screwed up drilling the faucet holes and the faucet wouldn't fit, so that had to be redone - actually twice. I don't blame Limitless for that, but its just the kind of thing that happens. Anyway the 5 to 6 week estimate ended up taking 11 weeks to complete. In the end the bathrooms look very nice. The people they use for installation are excellent. They do a good job. I would have liked to have given them 5 stars, but just could not because of the noted issues.
