LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPLS

They are supposed to do all pool repairs, but they miss-measured our swimming pool and tried to make the liner fit anyway. We are still waiting on them to come and fix the problem. They didn t even offer us a refund or discount.

I was really disappointed in the customer service, and their punctuality. For what they did the price was not very good either. The guys that came out seemed professional, but the left me a mess to clean after they were gone.

I wasn't happy with the work that Leslie's Swimming Pool Service provided me with. They started my pump up with two valves to the skimmer broken. They knew these valves were broken but still turned on my pump, and then I couldn't get my pump to work right for three weeks. I was without usage of my pool for three weeks and it was just an overall headache. I couldn't get this company to come back out and fix the valves to my skimmer, so needless to say I will never use this company again.

I do however have another issue. Here is the thing. I have a pool sweeper. We did order it form Leslie's and when it broke, we took it back. They promised they would have it back to us in 3 or 4 days. A week later, they never called. They said the model was recalled. So I asked them what we were going to do about this and they said they would have to get the parts from another model they had on the floor and would have it back to me tomorrow. It was 2 1/2 weeks later and they had not even started yet. I called them and they said they would just give me a new one. Even though it was not the model I wanted and it was not as good as the one I wanted, I am satisfied I guess. Just very confused. At least I did not have to pay. Personally, I would rate them a C for that experience but for my filter, they get an A.
