Description of Work: Tavares was able to build and install a wrought iron railing on the steps in my garage. I had been looking for someone for several months and was very please to find him. He built the railing before coming and came prepared with all his welding tools to install the railing within an hour. It was a very thorough and clean job. Very pleased.
