+ -1 moreEd was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of helpful tips along the way. He had the necessary tools to do the job and was careful and cleaned up after he was finished.
Description of Work: I asked Ed to do some repair work on my tiled shower. He cleaned, re-caulked,re-grouted some areas. After this, I had him hang two flat panel tvs. All were done on time and under budget.

+ 0 moreNot all that well. Unskilled subcontractors, attempted theft of building supplies by one subcontractor, but Kodiak stopped the attempt. Price was low. You get what you pay for. Kodiak corrected any problems of subcontractors and did good job of overseeing project.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled our kitchen, tile floor and backsplash, new granite & cabinets, a wall, Pella door installation, laundry room. We paid for appliances and they installed, all Kitchen aid. It looks like a $70,000 job.
