Koba Chem-Dry

Family run business, called to schedule badly needed floor grout cleaning. The grout used to be white with white ceramamic tile but after 12 yrs the grout was gray. Found Ron with Koba Chem Dry on the internet and took a chance on an unknown company. They specialize in carpets but said they are equipped to clean grout. Ron spent the time needed for preparation. I had no idea what was involved but it was very involved. Hoses needed from outside to pressurize the water and cleanser, and laid down protection for the floors and area carpet since the hose would be needed inside the house. He tested the grout 1st to make sure he had the correct chemical solution required. He was very professional and did a fabulous job. The grout looks brand new again and white like when we purchased the home.
