Description of Work: We had a list of items that we spoke about over the phone. Fixing a clogged faucet, re-hanging a cabinet door, and re-caulking a shower. Kenny said he could complete all 3 items in the allotted time. He was only able to complete one of the items, and even that task was not done to our satisfaction. He was unable to remove the faucet cover (I later did it myself, so the difficulty level was not that high), he did not have the supplies to re-hang the cabinet (not his fault, although he knew that was part of the job and did not tell me I needed to purchase anything), and the caulk job left pieces of caulk stuck to the floor of our shower and a bunch of dirt residue that we still cannot get off the shower floor.

Description of Work: He was paid to rehung my gate; He hung my gate crooked; Wasn't pleased with his service; My family member asked him about a job; He stated to rebuild a complete mailbox and the price to repair a mailbox was the same. He verbalized issues w/ the big job, his reimbursement, his financial gains... very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Mr Foster and I arranged for four hours of his time to take care of some odds & ends I had been procrastinating about. Kenny arrived at the appointed time and we reviewed the items I needed done. He did not waste any time and got right to work. He was professional and polite and knew what he was doing. Kenny cleaned some gutters, caulked a leaking skylight, added weatherstripping where needed and took care of some minor repairs. He cleaned-up after his work and I believe I got my money's worth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to others.

 + -1 moreKenny arrived at the appointed time, assessed the job, gave me his bid and began working immediately, starting with the very challenging window replacements. He was very detailed and kept me informed every step of the way. After completing that task and cleaning up the area, he ran the wiring in my new bathroom and, again, made sure to explain in full detail what needed to be done. I did discover a problem the next day, called Kenny and he came back and corrected things. He was, from start to finish, very courteous, professional and friendly. I plan to use him on future projects.
Description of Work: Replaced two windows; wired a light fixture and an exhaust fan.

Description of Work: Kenny has performed numerous jobs for my family including drywall, light fixtures, landscaping, and plumbing! He is like the Wal-mart of home repair and service. No matter what the problem is, he has a fix for it at a very reasonable price!
