it has been a great experience. Price is good, service is excellent, and the results have been good. We have not had any major issues in our home with pest since they helped us get rid of rats, bats and other critters that were making their way into our home when we first bought the house.

I have used Kellco for over 5 years. They have good prices and have great service. They are prompt, keep me informed and have always done a great job addressing anything I need done. I would highly recommend.

We have been using them for more than four years now and we pay them on a quarterly basis. They are very timely and they do the job on a regular basis with no hassle and no problems. They are very responsive when we have to communicate with them, but for the most part, they actually in the background come and do their job. They check for termites, check the bait stations, spray the insecticide and then we get a bill and there is not really any hassle so it is nice that way but I do not have any basis of reference for their price.

They were on time,professional and explained everything they were going to do to get rid of the termites inside and out. Also gave us a time period to wait to make sure all was well and to be sure there were no more indications of any more termites.

I called Richard & left a voice mail message for him today after just discovering a ton of wasps on my back porch after the delivery guy left my packages there instead of on the front porch like he usually does. Keep in mind, this was a FRIDAY afternoon AND a holiday weekend (COLUMBUS DAY). Richard called me back within 4 minutes. I stammered out my problem. He listened patiently & said he could help me with that & his associate, EVAN, was in my area right then. Evan could be at my house in about 15 minutes. And, Richard told me the price over the phone right then as well. Sure enough in 15 minutes or less Evan was at my door. Evan was very professional & thorough. He explained what he was going to do before he did it. He even checked up in my attic to see if there were any wasps up there & felt because of the way my roof/porch is built he would also treat up there in case some of the wasps managed to get in there. Evan used his "tools" & killed all of the wasps in one fell swoop on my porch. VERY IMPRESSIVE, dont you think? I sure do. EVAN warranteed this work for one week which is phenomenal. He even got my packages in for me AND cleaned off my glass door where his spray had gotten. Now you cant beat service like this! THANKS GUYS!

They came out the day after I bought the Deal and arrived 5 minutes early to the appointment. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was necessary. I was impressed and looking forward to the year contract I signed up for.

This is still an an-going process. I am stil Richard's customer. They come every month & check the bait & traps & they leave me a report every 3 months (that's when I pay...every 3 months). It's going great & I intend to be one of their customers for a LONG time!

Kellco has been our exterminator for the past 10yrs. We have used them for pest control and termite treatment & prevention. I do not like to see bugs of any size or type EVER. Kellco is a valuable source to assist with managing mosquitos in our yard which is heavily wooded and inside our home seasonally when we experience problems with ants. They have been able to identify the problem and product to resolve each issue. They are always on-time and provide excellent customer service.

It went very well. They came out and re-traded it and luminated it. They gave me a good price on termite and pest control. They inspected for termites. I call him and he addresses my concerns right away. He has been pleasant.
