It was a wonderful experience. The creativity in the design process comnig up with innovative ways to use the space available was a pleasant surprise. Josh and all of his workers were prompt and reliable allowing the construction phase to run very smoothly with great results. The end product was more than we could have hoped. We are finishing our basement soon and will be using JW Hall Custom Bulding for this project as well. We would not hesitate to recommend them to all of our friends.

I Purchased a new spec. home in 2006 with many defects. The original contractor never primed the exterior trim resulting in extensive wood rot. The flashing was not properly sealed at the top of three chimneys causing corner board trim rot. Roof shingles on three ridges were not installed properly again causing more wood rot. The entire house was painted in 2009 yet my wood trim was still deteriorating. I was totally frustrated and called two contractors to find the cause of the rot and fix the problem. JW Hall Custom Building was one of the first contractors I called. He was on time for the meeting, understood the scope of the work and explained my options of how we would address the issues. Josh Hall said we could replace the rotted wood with new wood, hardy board or PVC etc. I had done my research and chose PVC knowing it was the most pricey but best product to use. Josh took all the measurements to quote the job and a week later he returned with a very fair price to do the work. I chose Josh Hall to do the work over the other contractor because he was more professional, knowledgable and expressed "he wanted to do a good job for me" . The other contractor was higher priced and just did not gain my confidence. Josh's crew always showed up on time, were experienced, did quality work and finished the job on time.
