 + -1 moreShe did a lot of 'homework' and researched our wants and needs before we ever met. She picked me up at the airport, and off we went in search of the perfect property. Armed with the zip codes of the best school districts, Judy sent me things to look at online from the comfort of my recliner; my favorite way to shop. We made a list of the 'Top Ten' and hit the streets. My dream house was number four on the list, and everything was easier than anticipated what a surprise! It was such a relief to work with a prepared professional who listened to what I wanted, then went out and found it. Great concept, but so hard to find anymore!
Description of Work: I was transferred to Atlanta with little notice and no contacts, overwhelmed at the prospect of finding a home in a good school district that we could get into in a hurry. A friend told me that Remax had a 'relocation specialist' so I called to check it out. They put me in touch with Judy Brooks, and we now refer to her as the 'Guardian Angel of Real Estate'! She took my moving nightmare and turned it into a sweet dream! I am beside myself thrilled to be in my new home.
