All furniture moves covered taped what wasn't to be painted done perfectly! Very professional, Pleasant polite and thorough. We were very pleased with the results. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Jean and his men did an excellent job in smoothing and painting the rough industrial-style concrete ceiling of our condo. After their work, the ceiling looks clean, smooth, and bright! We also asked them to paint our walls which was also done beautifully. Big Thumb Up and definitely would like to hire again if needed in future.

Jean Paul was extremely responsive when I requested a quote and while the price was a bit higher than others submitted, I felt comfortable that he would use quality material and project manage it accordingly. While the job was being conducted, Jean Paul spent most mornings getting the crew started and discussing any issues with me and my wife. He was very flexible and helpful when picking colors and provided great advice on past experiences. Overall, I was pleased with the work done and would bring JPRO back out for any additional remodeling work.

Working with JPro Painting was probably the best customer service experience my wife and I have ever had. In addition to providing work of the highest quality, Jean Paul (the owner) and his team were honest, friendly, punctual, and flexible. I can’t think of a way in which our interaction with the company could have been better. We received estimates from three painters for the painting of three interior rooms, the kitchen cabinets, and the exterior of our recently purchased house. I contacted JPro after another painter cancelled an estimate appointment, and Jean Paul rearranged his schedule to be at the house in less than an hour. All three estimates were within about 5% of each other with respect to the rooms and exterior. The JPro estimate for the kitchen cabinets was substantially higher. I was impressed with Jean Paul’s friendliness and professionalism during our initial meeting, and I wanted to use JPro, so I called him to ask about the difference. He explained the many-step process the company uses on kitchen cabinets to ensure the quality of the work. I asked him if he would be willing to provide an estimate for a more traditional brush-paint process, and he said that he used to be willing to do cabinets that way but because he now feels so strongly that the resulting quality is subpar, his strong preference is to use the more expensive method. After doing my own research, I learned that Jean Paul was correct. My wife and I decided to proceed with JPro on the rooms and exterior and to postpone the painting of the cabinets. If we do ultimately decide to paint the cabinets, we’ll definitely use JPro. We had the rooms painted before we moved into our house. The project started and finished on time despite our adding a bathroom to the job in the middle. Jean Paul sent us photos occasionally to update us on the progress, his crew left the house cleaner than when they started, and Jean Paul was very flexible in working around the issues associated with the fact that we weren’t on site at any point. The exterior portion of the project includedrepairing and caulking the HardiePlank siding and pressure washing and painting both the siding and the trim on the three-level house. Jean Paul was on site at the beginning of every day of work and was very easy to get a hold of by phone. His two-man team was always on time and was friendly to my entire family. Jean Paul didn’t bat an eye when my wife and I asked him to add some additional interior projects to the work and was exceptionally patient when, after all of the siding was painted, my wife and I realized we’d made a bad choice on the color. He offered to get samples of our other choices and had his team paint large portions of the front of the house so that we could evaluate those colors. He then gave us a very reasonable estimate for repainting the siding and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision. We ultimately did change the color, and, despite the headache of redoing a substantial portion of the project in the intense summer heat, both Jean Paul and his crew kept a positive attitude and managed to complete the project within the original estimated timeframe. When the work was done, Jean Paul did a walkthrough with me and identified some small issues that were quickly fixed. He also went above and beyond in figuring out how to reinstall the screens on our screened porches despite that they had been discovered to be broken during their removal. I can’t say enough about Jean Paul and his employees. It was so pleasant to have them around that my family was sad to see them go. You simply will not get better work product or have a more pleasant experience with another company. We’ve worked with a number of contractors recently, and Jean Paul and his team are a cut above.

The work was perfect, workers and supervisor were responsive and helpful throughout the project, all were on schedule, project supervisor was on duty daily and made adjustments when we added new projects and repair needs. They were able to resolve all complications with needed repairs...and protected Koi with plastic cover and boards used to access walls above Koi. Also did beautiful work painting older metal railings.

Hired Jean Paul to paint exterior of house and repair some wood rot. He was very nice and professional, his workers were also nice but the quality of work is not very good. The basic painting part is ok with exception of paint on my roof and overspray on my upstairs windows. The wood repair was poor and to be frank half-a**. Had his guys back 5 times and still didn't get it right. It really appeared that his workers just didn't care. I spent over $8000.00 dollars with them and would NOT recommend them to anyone else. Hopefully Jean Paul can get some painters who give a flip about their work.

Jean Paul was very easy to get a hold of and easy to communicate with. He is patient and will listen to what you want. His workers are kind, punctual, hard working, and easy to talk to as well. They didn't make a fuss when I changed some aspects of what I wanted them to work on and how much time I wanted them to spend (e.g. spend more time prepping the exterior windows, and doing two coats of paint, not one), which I appreciated. The main area for improvement might be in taking a bit more care to avoid getting small paint chips scattered onto the ground outside, and paint splashes onto undesired surfaces (like porous brick), but I realize it's really hard to do that sometimes. Next time I would just take a little extra time to cover certain exterior surfaces. Only time will tell how the glazing holds up on the exterior since it was painted the same day as it was applied, but I'm not an expert there and so far there's there's certainly nothing to prevent me from hiring Jean Paul again (which I will probably do later this fall!)

I would highly recommend JP and crew. Great job, fixed any small issues we found with paint, and very customer centric in nature. JP might not be the cheapest, but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

I emailed the company to receive an estimate to paint the exterior of my home, repair some damaged window sills, and wash windows. The initial response was quick, and we set up a meeting for Thursday at 11am. No one showed up or called to cancel. I reached back out and still have not received a return response (almost a week later).

I'm very pleased with the work. It was obvious from the very beginning of the project that Jean Paul cares about his business and believes in providing quality service. I found the team to be very responsive and accommodating in addressing all of my needs. I would definitely hire JPRO again!

I needed 3 rooms painted and they had a coupon. Tried contacting them but no one responded to my emails or voicemails. Their office was supposedly nearby but the address given on Angie's List does not exist. A month later, I got an email from them saying they were out of the country. I ended up doing the work myself.

Professional service, very happy with the results, product exceeded expectations and cleaned up after the job.

It was awesome. My husband and I were out of town on business, and we gave JeanPaul they key to our new home, and when we arrived back on Friday evening, we were pleasantly surprised to find the house painted perfectly. I will recommend JPro to all my friends we couldn't be more happy.

The painters arrived on the day scheduled and went right to work. I was amazed how the project was finished in three days. Jean Paul was very accommodating to some changes and additions that I wanted. The house looks amazing, it is the talk of the neighborhood and I have received several compliments. They even came back to inspect the work and do any needed touch ups. I have had challenges with some of the contractors on my house renovation so it was a joy to work with Jean Paul and his team. Prompt call return and scheduled estimate within 24 hours. Estimate contained all of the necessary information for an insurance claim (we were painting after a fire and smoke damage). Prompt, professional,friendly, and courteous crew that was willing to work with us on where to begin the project so that we were able to live and have access to bedrooms and kitchen when needed. Our 1930's plaster walls and ceilings have never looked better! Their attention to detail in the prep work was exceptional. We are delighted!

Service was excellent! The entire crew was very professional, courteous, and hard working. If you are looking for customer service combined with quality work, this is the company to hire. I did not want our entire house painted which created a challenge in finding companies that would even show up to give an estimate. Jean Paul will do small jobs or large jobs. In fact, I added additional work scope after the crew showed up and started the job and yet his team still completed the work in 4 days. I would definitely Hire them to do another job!
