John Rixman

I have known that 3 other people that he had done same thing and had taken advantage of, getting their money for the work and does not come back to do the job. When we decided to fire him, because he was not doing anything, me and my brothers finished of the job; and at the end, our insurance company settled the bill and we found out that he had collected and put on the bill even for the work that we've done ourselves. He was dishonest and he had been trying to overcharge us. Our things are still on storage with them and they don't want to release the things for my parents until we pay them additional $16000.00, what they want to do is to get 5 days to do the unpacking into our home, and we don't them to come back into our house. He went away for 4 months and done nothing on the job and still told us that we owe him money, for work that we ourselves finished. I have the whole paper works from our insurance company, for the amount that was paid to Arrix, with the work that we did ourselves included and saw that the work that we did ourselves totaled to $63400.07, in which that amount should have gone and given back to us, since we were the one who finished most of the job. Everything Airrix did was very very bad, was totally done the wrong way, from painting works up to the water damaged restoration job. I would not really recommend them to anyone. We already hired an attorney about this business, I just don't appreciate the things that Airrix is doing to our 80 years old parents and I want to let Zachwood Family that they are not alone fighting Airrix. We have reported John Rixman to BBB, and that made John really nasty and threatened us, saying the We don't have any idea on what he could do to us, and instruction us to better remove the feedback on BBB, so I decided not to reply back to BBB's further inquiry. But now I am pretty positive to pursue the complaint with BBB, we are just awaiting for the feedback and go signal from our Attorney.
