It was a huge job. They have done good work for us. They have done a lot of different jobs for us. I find them to be reliable and pretty fair about everything. We are pretty hard customers to please and they tried very hard. They are a little higher priced than normal.

We were not the best of people to work for. The house in question is almost 100 years old and had suffered decades of neglect. The owner, our father has some infirmity and was very suspicious of any repairs and talk about reluctant to change! Every phase of bringing the house up to code was met with argument that "it didnt cost that much when I was young". ...which is probably why he let the house fall into such disrepair. Through every phase of this project, JT and his team worked with us to do the work in sections, under restrictive financial demands and used creative, unique, professional techniques with a patiently respectful demeanor. He understood what we needed to achieve and never tried to push, oversell etc He delivered what he promised, on time as promised with great results.
