Jerry is very experienced, knowledgable and up to the minute on the real estate market. He is personable and easy to work with. He's a wealth of information concerning the quality and character of neighborhoods, from schools and taxes to grocery shopping. We had unexpected delays and Jerry never panicked, or pressured us. He easily dealt with what ever the situation was and greatly lessened the stress of our purchase. Jerry was amazing. First of all, he LISTENS! I drove around with Jerry and looked at some homes. He very quickly got what we were into and not into. He never tried to show us houses that did not fit our requirements. Jerry has lived in the Roswell area for 30 years and is also an amazing resource for all sorts of contacts. And also-- and more importantly-- Jerry followed through with us to the very end of the sale and continued even after the sale, to help us with one or two issues that came up with the seller. I have already recommended Jerry to friends who have moved here, and we are going to continue to use him for rental properties we will be looking to buy in the near future.
