Description of Work: John did an excellent job in drawing exactly what we wanted for our deck replacement and subsequent two story addition to the back of our house.The plans he provided were instrumental in bringing this project to fruition and were used by us, the home owners association,our builder, the masons, carpenters, roofers, electricians, suppliers and inspectors. Together we were able to outline and project all details so that there would be no surprises when it came to construction and costs. I feel like John was my trusted sounding board, giving me advice and great ideas from project start to finish. He was available anytime, working around my schedule to come over and look at construction, making changes where necessary to be sure that be final project was perfect. I appreciate his honesty, patience, knowledge and innovative ideas. I cannot recommend him for your project more highly!!
Description of Work: John's ideas, innovation and careful planning helped make my new master suite addition amazing! He was able to take my vision, add to it and create the perfect space for me. I loved working with him. He walked me through every step of the process, patiently answered all of my questions and was there in a moment every time I called on him. His plan made the construction process run so much more efficiently and timely. This project would have not been as cost effective or high quality had I not hired this architect first. My master suite turned out as beautifully as it did and exactly to my specifications because of John's direct involvement. He helped to make the whole process a seamless one.
