+ -1 moreGood work, just didn't finish at the agreed upon price.
Description of Work: This happened a couple years ago - so their business practices may have changed since then.... All I am going to say...for the limited work they did, it was great. Unfortunately, since they underbid by too much and didn't realize it until they were into the job - they were asking for more money to complete the job that we agreed upon. Nothing additional was added to the original bid. He simply explained that I knew it had to be wrong because he came in so much lower than everyone else...really? I had to hire another company to come finish up what they started and clean up the huge pile of debris that they left in the backyard. Nice enough...but bad at business.

+ 1 moreThey are into remodeling. I think they also build houses. When they did the work for me, they were outstanding. I had received several estimates and they gave me the lowest bid. The guy from Iron Horse Builders brought a couple of helpers along with him, for getting the painting done. They did an excellent job. Their workmanship was outstanding. There was some delay, which was owed to the cabinet company. I don?t blame them for it. Their prices were good. There were no hidden costs. They were a lot better than the other companies. They were very responsive, also. I could always get them on the phone. They would always call me back. They couldn?t have been more professional. I was very comfortable having them in my house. I could leave them alone in the house. They answered all the questions that I had. They were very punctual. They always informed me if they would be late. I?ll, without any doubt, use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Iron Horse Builders. They did some remodeling work for me, four months ago.
