The process went pretty smoothly. There were a couple of scheduling challenges, but we were able to work it all out. Everything looks great.

Beaux came to my home to a**** the job and provide a quote. He answered all my questions and provided recommendations were needed. Once I reviewed the quote and decided to hire Inman for the job, Inman came out on a Monday to do a template of my existing counter tops and island with gas cook top and tear out the old counter tops. Originally, the install was scheduled for Friday, Jan 29th. I asked Beaux if it were possible to move the install date up sooner (Thursday) as I was having a tiler come in to do the back splash that Friday. Beaux accommodated my request with no problem and even was able to install my counter tops sooner than Thursday - they were installed Wednesday. The installers were on time, very friendly and professional. They communicated with us the entire time they were there and pointed out some small imperfections of our cabinet - nothing major that would impact the installation of our counter tops. They cleaned up really well. The installers then instructed us to allow the counter tops to sit for 24 hours before connecting the plumbing. I'm very happy with the face lift the counter tops gives my kitchen. I would highly recommend this company. They are very responsive in returning phone calls and replying to emails. Excellently. Better price than many of the and quot;big guysand quot; and far quicker service. Took less then a week to come in and template the counters, then just 1 week to cut and install. The kitchen is now exactly what we wanted.

I contacted Inman Park based on referrals from other contractors I used. After getting several quotes from the big box retailers to the smaller shops, I settled on Inman Park after personally meeting the owner and deciding that I may have better customer service from a local operation that does not sub out their work. I was impressed when the owner of the company personally showed up to give the estimate and also give valuable advice as to my kitchen remodel including appliance replacement, counter selection that was spot on for the neighborhood. I was also impressed that Inman Park puts a 15 year warranty on their marble when a honed finish is applied and the marble is treated with a sealer. Those things being said production went smoothly until I was informed by the production manager that the sink specified was not available and I would have to eat the difference for a higher grade sink. (I will say in retrospect, due to logistics with my travel and the additional required coordination, I was not able to sign a standard contract which may have prevented this issue). The installation crew proceeded installing the counter very professionally albeit there were some minor hiccups, but Inman Park immediately corrected measurement mistake with the backsplash. Given the complexity of this kitchen remodel with scheduling multiple contractors and delayed delivery of appliances and some installation issues, this installation went very well, including the responsiveness of Inman Park.

From the consultation to the installation, I liked everything about the company. The measurements and the fabrication were flawless, and the crew worked quickly and efficiently.

Beaux provided a guick and fair estimate, helped us decide on the right product and began the project in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable the quality of product and workmanship was very good, the work was completed by a professional and courteous crew, and communications were good throughout the project. I would highly recommend Inman Park M and G to my friends and family without any reservations.

This company has done a wonderful job. They were always very courteous, professional, and on time. I really liked the fact that they went out of there way to fix a crack with in the bar area and did it for no extra charge. I would recommend them to others.

Beaux came out and measured to give me a free estimate. He was super friendly and professional. He gave me ideas and helped me through the whole process. It was wonderful having him to talk with throughout. I scheduled a day when someone came out to do the template and partial tear out (they just tore out the back splash) and then less than a week later, our granite counter tops were installed. That took about four to five hours. We had a couple of issues because our bottom cabinets were uneven (luckily I have a great cabinet guy who was here and was able to fix that) and then our dishwasher was not secured to the counter tops. When I called Beaux about the dishwasher, he was very polite and took care of it immediately. The counter tops are beautiful!

All of the people at Inman Park Granite were extremely polite, prompt and helpful. They sent their tech out immediately and the work was great. They really stand behind their work (This countertop and sink was installed way back in 2002). I would highly recommend them based upon my experience. I will definitely call on them for any future granite or countertop jobs.

THEY HELPED US OBTAIN AN EXCELLENT MATCH WITH FLOOR TILES. HELPED US USE REMNANTS - SEAMLESSLY PUT TWO PIECES TOGETHER TO CREATE AN L SHAPED COUNTER TOP. THEIR WORK SITE IS NOT FANCY, NO SHOWROOMS ETC., BUT GOOD ADVICE AND GOOD WORK. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE ABOUT RESCHEDULING (THE CREATION OF THE TEMPLATE AND THE INSTALLATION) SO AS TO FIT IN WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS.
