+ -1 moreHe is absolutely meticulous. I have had so many bad painters and he is fixing all of their mistakes. He thoroughly assess the problem before suggesting the best solution. He is very knowledgable and is especially good at solving problems and he is very articulate. He explains what the problem is, how to fix it, and why it needs to be fixed. He is also very thoughtful about my costs and even checks with Consumer Reports about the best products to use. His prices his great.
Description of Work: He is taking care of interior painting for my 47 year old apartment building. He does restoration work for me as well to repair mistakes that other painters made.
