Terrible company. Do not hire. They are completely unreliable and will not even show up. I made a move-out cleaning appointment with Natalie two weeks in advance. She told me they would call the night before to verify. They called and had the time wrong but I agreed to the new time, when the time came where they were supposed to be there they called me and said they were running an hour late in traffic. An hour later came and went, I assumed they were doing the three hour deep clean that I scheduled, they were not. Natalie called at 6:20 PM and informed me that she had a flat tire in the rain. It was not raining anywhere in town. I was supposed to hand over my keys to my landlord at 8 o’clock that night because they were supposed to be finished by 6 o’clock that night. When I asked her if she was available to come later that night she said that was not an option. It is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company. She was completely unprofessional she was completely rude she never showed up for the job and then she never reached out to me to apologize. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. And I truly do not understand how they are listed on Angie’s list. I think Angie needs to do a better job screening her companies. I will never use Angie’s list or infinity again.
