My Experience with Indoor Air Quality Services and Michael helped my tenants understand the need for cleanliness, a running A/C system, and dehumidifiers in their suites. Without Michael and Indoor Services, many problems might have arisen from the assumed problems with mold. I definitely would recommend their service, as it was thorough and detailed throughout the time we used their service.

They were very nice and did the testing I got the results quickly and was told everything I needed to do about it. I would recommend their service highly!

Was refreshing to hear real reasons for my mold smell and solutions I could do myself rather than being quoted 3k+ for a cleaning and fog that I know wouldn't solve the issue. It seemed like a scam. The technician tested right next to an air purifier where allergens are active instead of a central location. It seems like he was trying to get a high reading so that I could hire his "friend" to clean it for a special price. Once clean, he would then come and retest with a $30 discount. SCAM!!!
