Great experience from scheduling though execution of the inspection. At the beginning of the inspection the inspector reviewed with me how he was going to conduct the inspection, and then provided real time feedback during the course of the evaluation. I am happy I decided to get this done as the information provided in the report has been invaluable during the home buying process.

Vivian, the telephone receptionist, was very helpful in navigating me through all of the services IAQS has to offer, and what would fit our needs. I appreciated his honesty and thorough and saved me money by telling the results of the project right away . Which came back negative.

The final report was 50 pages sent by email expecting me to print out at home. Had to call to request a printed copy. Only two pages were the results of the testing lab. The rest of the pages were an education; on air quality: spores, particles, etc. There was NO summary page explaining the top issues found and how serious each were to our health and how to remediate. I had to call the owner and spent 20 minutes on the phone to try to get this information. I suspect the large & report was to justify the large expense.
