the electrician did a fantastic job and he even explained everything to me and kept me from having to spend money needlessly

I was having a problem with the breaker for my dryer constantly tripping. Hope Electric (Benjamin) came out and thouroughly checked the breaker and outlet. He informed me that the amps for each leg weren't the same, causing an unbalanced load. After switching out the breaker the problem was resolved. I was very grateful because my tenant is pregnat and needed clean clothes to pack for her stay at the hospital.

The electrician completed the job as requested, but in doing so he caused water damage to an adjacent floor and offered no compensation for the damage. I am now out of more money for repair of the floor.

I hired Hope Electric to install sevral recessed lights and switches. He was on time and ready to perform the job to my satusfactory. The job was completed to my satisfaction. I would use him again for additional work.

Good ethical professional. I initially called him for ensuring no electrical problem was causing my water heater issues. He changed the wiring connected to the water heater and main power source up to code based on his recommendation of required amps, he changed 8 outside 2nd story flood lights, switched an outlet, and trouble-shot that a light buld was screwed in in correctly. However, he did spend at least 2/3 of hours troubleshooting and seems sincere but his price still probably beats most. But I thought $200 for labor $100 for materials was pricey. However, does good work and others would have charged more. Can't go wrong with him.

Ben got right to it and evaluated my situation on both lights quick and easy. Even at night it was no problem to get the job done. He came out after 7pm and was able to give me understanding on the setup of the wiring and explained in full detail any questions I had. He was great, a true credit to Service Magic for having him as a key lead electrician.
