The gentleman from Hope was exceptional. He contacted me promply. He took care of the problem on the same day. He explained the problem and corrected it along with telling us how to avoid the issue happening again. He took the time to treat us like family and did not mind the explainations even though we were ignorant of the issue. He explained it in a manner we could understand. Overall this man was very professional and also down to earth enough not to make us seem totally ignorant. I will use him again if the need arises. His prices were affordable. The service man seemed knowledgeable. Could have been more professional with his attire and he left a wall socket disconnected. The $50 service fee was a surprise since the company I was going to call first didn't have one, nor was I notified beforehand of one. At least I know I don't need a new electrical panel. Thanks.
