Description of Work: Richard Ramires completed a number of home maintenance tasks for me, including taking down an extremely heavy and large crystal chandelier and installing a different one. Installing drapery rods, hanging mirrors, fixing electrical light and fan switches in the master bedroom. Which the builder, advised me could not be fixed, when I bought my home, five years ago! He arrived on time and was extremely professional, organized and courteous. Moreover, his work was outstanding. I would highly recommend him!

Description of Work: Rich changed out all of the door knobs and hinges throughout the interior of our house (33-34 doors). He did an excellent job. All of the strike plates line up and all of the locks work. The doors are hung straight as well. Timely, hardworking and polite. Highly recommended and reasonable.
