It went great! He came to look at my issues, gave me the price, I ok'd it and then came back promptly to do the work. He's very professional, friendly, easy to work with. I have given his name to many friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

I am dissapointed we couldnt work together. I have a tenant renting out my basement and moving out so I wanted upgrades. Ironically during the days its unrented I am working on improving the space but Mr Ramirez did not want to do any work because he said it was too much liability. He will not do any work at your house if you have a tenant living on the premises. I further explained I report my rental income to the IRS so everything was above board on my end with insurance and taxes. Also I live on the premises and it is a single family dwelling. Strangely enough I was informed its much too much of a liability for himself and insurance policy to work on your house with other people staying on your premises. I suggested to work with another insurance company as I have never heard of this. After our nice chat I wondered if that wouldnt exclude my mother or friend or other relative who might be living at my home or visiting. I would only suggest not saying who whose sheets are on on the bed. My lesson, dont say too much. Otherwise he was greatly professional and responsive.

We liked him so much that we had him come back in April and do more work for us. He was there for a few hours. My husband really liked him. He was very professional and came dressed very professionally. He did a really nice job with the things we asked him to get done.

He arrived promptly, dressed professionally and got the job done without wasting anyone's time! He is polite, friendly and did a thorough job! He was able to fit us into his schedule at the last minute and work with me on pricing and time of day. I also felt very safe and comfortable having him in my home. I am very pleased with the job he did and would use him again. Unfortunately, we are moving from the state but I would definitely recommend him! Great service. Was prompt and performed the work quickly and thoroughly (didn't dilly dally around to run up charges). Was nice and informative as well.

He did an excellent job. He reviewed the list over the phone first and explained the items he did not handle such as replacing ceramic tiles and replacing a window sill.

The original job was to simply level and re-secure the two drawer dishwasher under the counter. The dishwasher "repairman" had left it unbalanced and so poor secured that the screws holding it in kept coming out. When you opened either of the drawers, the washer would literally fall forward. Rich showed up on time, professionally dressed (neat and clean). When he first started working, he saw many signs of rodent activity under the washer. He cleaned it up and pulled the dishwasher all the way out. Once it was out, we could see that the original remodelers had not completely closed up the wall behind the dishwasher and there was a clear path for rodents to enter. He figured out a way to cover the wall with screen, then wood, so it was completely blocked off. He put the dishwasher back in perfectly balanced and secured it to the counter. Rich also looked at our tub's whirlpool and quickly reset it for me. All in a very reasonable timeframe and for a fair price. I would use him again in an instant.

I placed a call to Richard and was happy to hear back right away. I am bummed he wasn't able to help me because I am outside of his service zone. He was very nice on the phone and gave me some pointers which I really appreciated. When he does extend his service zone, I would jump at the chance to hire him.

Came on time and did a great job with the crown molding. We asked him to fix a misaligned cabinet door that kept opening and he suggested it would be easier and cheaper just to keep the door closed with Velcro, which worked
