I was satisfied with his work.

Description of Work: Rich was a joy to work with. I had several small jobs on two different occasions in my condo and a relatively complicated door installation that he was able to complete without problem. He is very professional and his prices reasonable. He is also very knowledgable. I will definitely use him again!

Description of Work: I have a problem with my new bathroom faucet. I just called and to my pleasant surprise, I was able to speak with RIch. I described what was happening and after asking just a few questions, Rich was able to easily determine the problem. I expected that I would have to schedule a service call and pay an diagnostic fee around $75. Before having him come out, Rich suggested I call the manufacturer to see if they sell certain replacement parts, if not I would need to buy a new faucet. As far as I'm concerned Rich saved me at least $75 while demonstrating a high level of professionalism.

Description of Work: I called and left Rich a voicemail explaining I was looking for a leak to be fixed and wood flooring to be replaced. He called back after about an hour and left me a voicemail stating that his service didn't cover that type of work and listed what he did support. I appreciated his return call and upfront explanation of what they could do for me in the future. I was very appreciative of the quick follow up and honest feedback!

Description of Work: I had a list of things from assembling chairs to fixing a step inside our home. Everything that I asked to be done was completed-- the only exceptions were things I just didn't have the correct parts for. I will definitely have Honey Do services back- hopefully in the next week!

Description of Work: We have used Rich several times. he removed the old built-in electric range/oven and put in a new one. He also replaced a dishwasher for us; Put intwo different toilets; Replaced pumps for our landscaping/drainage problems; hung an ceiling fan; put in porch lights, etc. He is always prompt, courteous, reasonable, and extremely professional. Love his work and I am a former contractor so I know if something is done correctly or not. We would recommend him any time.
