I spoke to Mr. RICH RAMIRES 678-480-7073 and explained to him about various repairs that needed to be done to my property. He took directions to the house and provided me his email and fax number. He was obviously interested in work. When I asked him about his license number and if his work would be satisfactory to the new homeowners (I am considering a sale of my property), he suddenly changed his mind and stated he would pass on the work. Appears he was hesitant to take the work when he realized that a perspective buyer may be evaluating his finished work.

Rich Ramires was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and it was obvious that he had experience in many areas. He left the workplace clean and made sure that the work met our expectations. His rate was very reasonable for a job well done. We will call him again!

I cannot say enough about Rich Ramires. From the moment he returned my phone call to the end of the second day of work, I was not only completely happy with the work, I was charmed by Rich's manner, professionalism, work ethic, and everything else, including price. He was very clear about what he could do and what he could not do. He set a time to meet with me and discuss the work, arrived on time, and set up a time to start the next day. I trusted him to do the work in my absence, and he did not let me down in any way. He made intelligent suggestions, accomplished the things I wanted him to do, and delighted me with the results. He always asked if I was pleased with each job, cleaned up any debris, hauled away what was taken down, and made sure everything was perfect. The work he did on my kitchen island had been turned down by others. He took it on and altered it so it is workable for me and looks great! Rich is my ''handy man'' for life -- either his or mine!!

Rich is fantastic. He returns calls promptly. He shows up when he says he will or calls to reschedule. He explains what you need and why. His prices might be higher than others but what good are low prices if the handyman doesn't show up or do the work correctly. I already recommended him to a friend.

Rich was on time, knowledgeable, polite, and just an overall pleasure to talk to. He looked at things I needed and was honest and to the point about what he could do(just about everything on my list) and couldn't(a small lamp). I plan to use his services again and have already recommended him to friends.

Mr. Ramirez did an excellent job. He was very careful in moving the pieces of furniture and did an excellent job assembling the desk. He cleaned up and disposed of all of the packaging materials. He was reasonably priced.

Arrived 3 hours after making arrangements. Exactly at the time he quoted. Removed the table, cleaned up after himself, was very polite. Will call him again.

He was great in every respect--talked me out of what would have been a very expensive job--and gave me an inexpensive alternative. Mr. Ramires was extremely professional, neat, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job. I can't wait to use him again!

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL WHERE RICH ASKED CONCISE QUESTIONS, TO DETERMINE THE SCOPE OF THE JOB TO THE QUALITY OF WORK. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY, PERFORMED THE WORK TO MY SPECIFICATIONS, AND WAS VERY NEAT. ALTHOUGH MY NEEDS WERE FAIRLY SIMPLE, I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT RICH COULD TACKLE MOST ANY JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN. HIS PRICES WERE ALSO QUITE REASONABLE.

RICH WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT HE INSISTED ON DOING THE REPAIRS AS HE WOULD WANT THEM DONE IN HIS OWN HOME. RICH KEPT ME INFORMED OF ALL COSTS. RICH TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO ''FIX'' OTHER THINGS I MENTIONED AS HE WORKED TO REPAIR THE THINGS I'D CALLED HIM INITIALLY TO DO.

RICH WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. HE APPEARS TO TAKE PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND WAS VERY HONEST REGARDING HIS SKILLS WITH REGARD TO DIFFERENT TASKS I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE.
