Rich was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was straight-forward regarding what he could do and what he could not do. For items he could not address, he recommended someone who could handle the repair.

They were thorough and they did a great job. They were experienced and very knowledgeable. We have not had any problems since the work was done. Overall, we were satisfied with the work they did.

Richard returned my call within 24 hours which we all know is rare. He showed up at his appointed time and worked thru the list very quickly. He gave me good advice about future projects and was a delight. I would call him for all my work in the future and think of him as a real pro.

Richard returned my call the next day and gave us a quote. We called him the day before our appointment to get a shopping list. He showed up right on time and for a while there, it looked like he'd finish ahead of schedule. However, the existing "creative" plumbing required a second trip to Home Depot so he ended up finishing on time instead of early. One minor glitch: The disposal's electrical didn't play well with our GFCI outlet so he came back first thing the next day for a quick repair (at no charge).

It stated well and ended well. Mr. Ramires is a very skilled handyman who take great pride in his work. Everything he did, he did it meticulously and correctly. He was an extremely pleasant person with which to work. He always kept us informed by explaining what he was going to do and had done. In a number of cases he suggested we do the work ourselves rather than pay him. His work was very fairly priced. We considered it a bargain. I believe we could say that he was one of, if the not the best service person with which we have ever worked. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with a need for his type of services.

Extremely well. Rich found the problem and fixed it in approximately one hour and it hasn't leaked since.

There are not enough great things to say about Rich. He is on time, clean, considerate, intelligent, friendly, professional, honest, and fair (and he is kind with animals in the house). He treats your home as if it's his own. He works alone and is completely trustworthy. He has diverse expertise, which means he can do just about anything you need him to do. I have never had such a positive experience with a service provider.

Rich started early morning and worked into early evening. I was impressed by his work ethic and attention to detail.

Rich was punctual. He arrived about 3 minutes earlier than agreed upon. He worked as though he knew what he was doing and explained his actions. He was personable and professional. We have already asked for an estimate on another task. This was our first contact with an Angie's List contracter and we got a winner!!!

I have used Rich for several jobs since moving to Dunwoody a few months ago. From the first phone call he presents as exceptionally professional, kind and courteous. Rich is organized, methodical and very smart. His attention to detail is outstanding, and the quality of his work is superb. I can't imagine using anybody else for my home repairs.

The project went great. I knew it would because I have used Rich before for other projects. He arrived when he said he would and had all the doors up and looking beautiful within a few hours.

In our first phone call, he reviewed my needs and what parts I would need to have on hand (toilet seats, etc.) He set an appointment at my convenience. The day before, he called to reconfirm! He arrived exactly on time and was most pleasant and polite. He found that we needed some additional parts for some of the tasks; he gave me the option of using his time to go, or he would make me a detailed list and I could go, to save his time and fees, which I appreciated. He did everything I asked and then some. He was quite honest about things he could not do, due to the age and condition of the house. He cleaned up completely and all work was done competently. He never hesitated at the additional items I added on! He was done within the time quoted. It was wonderful to have someone to take care of all the little repairs that home maintenance requires. I would not hesitate to have him work in my home again.

I was very disappointed with his professionalism. Instead of getting to the point and telling me he couldn't do the work, he just gave multiple excuses and wasted my time.

We were very pleased with Richard's work. We gave him difficult tasks to complete and he did a great job.

They explained to me that they don't do that kind of work. They weren't very friendly about explaining it

All aspects of the job were top rating until Rich was unable to complete the work. Rich was not familiar with low voltage lighting enough to make the fixture work. He recommended an electrician, who had to start all over, so the job ended up more expensive than it would have been if I had used an electrician in the first place.

Rich arrived on time, was neat, professional and competent. Rich worked hard and stayed on task working through lunch! The job turned out well and Rich cleaned up afterwards. I recommend Rich highly and will definitely use him again.

Rich was very easy to work with. I e-mailed him a list of things I needed done, and I also left him a voice mail. He promptly got back with me and scheduled a time to meet and perform the work. I was pleased with the work and Rich's efforts to keep me informed about his progress during the day. I'd definitely hire him again.

Thanks, Rich, for your precise workmanship, as well as your flexibility when my list changed on the spot! When moving, the hardest person to find is a good handyman. Rich is definitely a great handyman.

This guy is excellent. I would definitely hire them again. He was on time, came out and assessed my needs, went to get supplies, came back and did the job, and did it beautifully.
