Wonderful. Richard was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and was amazingly quick with his work while doing an excellent job. He even fixed my front door on his own which wasn't even on my list. I've already recommended him to my next door neighbor.

My experience with him was excellent. He arrived on time. He was efficient; I didn t feel that he wasted any time because he was on task all the time. He was also very personable.

I've used them three times. I love them. They come out and fix things the right way and I don't have to supervise everything they do. He is very trustworthy and we will comfortable with him in our home and he makes good suggestions. I would recommend them to others.

Rich responded quickly with an estimate for the work in a professional and pleasant manner. He completed the work quickly, disposed of all the old fixtures, and left the work areas incredibly clean when he was done. In addition to what I asked him to complete, Rich tightened a loose door hinge on a cabinet door that he noticed. I'm definitely calling him again.

As usual, Rich was right on time and efficiently solved my problem(s). I cannot say enough about him. He charges by the hour but works very quickly and always seems to know what he is doing. It is money very well spent.

He is always on time, in fact, he is always early. He does the work and it is very thoroughly. I think it's 25 an hour.

He is incredibly easy to work with. He tells you what he is going to do and he does it. He is paid by the hour and he works 100 percent the entire time. He is very knowledgeable in his field.

Rich seemed very professional, and I would not hesitate to call him again if needed but I'll allow more lead time in the future.

He was late, but he called ahead. He was kind and courteous. I was o.k. with him in my home. He was clean-cut.

The work was excellent. Richard returns calls promptly & shows up exactly at the time he said he would arrive. He replaced the jam, did all the work and cleaned up all the saw dust. He did great work and has a great personality even when I asked dozens of questions. We are having him back to do a few more repairs shortly. I would and will recommend him to anyone.

Everything went very well. Rich showed up on time, he was dressed neatly and behaved in a very professional manner. He moved steadily from one project to the next. At one point, I asked him to delay installing the new ceiling fan because it meant cutting off power to my office, which I needed. He was most agreeable, and handled other tasks until I could relinquish the office. He did run into one small problem when wiring the new ceiling fan, but he solved that at no additional cost to me. He also cleaned the work area after finishing each project. Even though I thought his hourly rate was a little high, he didn't waste any time. I got 60 minutes' work in every hour, so that makes the rate more reasonable.

Rich is a very nice, very professional handyman. He is a little expensive, but worth it. I liked talking with him and he fixed a lot of issues that I forgot to tell him about beforehand. He does not cut corners and really works hard to fix the issues as he would fix them in his own house.

Overall from start to finish it was perfect. He was courteous, honest and performed exceptional work. Both of us could not have been more pleased. We recommend him with the highest of marks.

I sent an email to Rich requesting that he contact me regarding a problem with my front door. He returned my call the next day, and we set an appointment for 4 PM the following day. He called the following day about noon, saying that he was in the neighborhood and could stop by then, if it was convenient. Rich spent about 30 minutes analyzing my warped front door. He quoted me his hourly rate and said he could make it close better with two or three hours work. However, he said I would probably be more satisfied if I contacted a door company and had the entire enclosure replaced, a type of work he does not do. I felt that his willingness to spend the time discussing my problem, and his honesty in saying that I would probably be happier going elsewhere, deserved my comments to Angie's List.

Rich was outstanding. He was punctual, was particularly neat in that he cleaned up after himself, and was extremely professionally. Hire this man!

We had a leaking shower head and needed it to be looked at/repaired. When I searched the list, I found this company and noticed they were located very close to my home. Advertised as a general handyman, we decided to use this company to address the plumbing issue as well as a few other general handyman issues. Rich called prior to our scheduled appointment to let me know of a cancellation. We wanted the repair work done ASAP, so the cancellation allowed us to get it done quicker than expected. All in all, we had a very positive experience with him and are glad that we now have another dependable contractor on file.

We found them on Angie's List and have used them before. They were able to make our roof look like nothing ever happened to it. They did the work carefully and neatly. And everything was cleaned up when the work was finished.

Would definitely hire again when I have enough projects. A bit pricey when you have just one or two small things to have done.

I am very happy with this company because they are extremely prompt, they re very professional, and they do good work. I always call the same handyman and he is very nice, polite, and always does a very good job.

Rich showed up on time and fixed 2 light switches. It took him 2 hours which I felt was too long for simple tasks. I also ask him if he could do other handyman jobs around the house and he said he just primarily does plumbing and electrical. He advertises that he does all types of handyman work, but when confronted in person, he denies he can do the work. I asked him about another plumbing job in my son's bathroom and he said he could not fix the shower faucet. Very disappointing. I took time off of work to meet him and thought that he was going to get a lot done. Instead, I will now have to search the list again and take another day off to meet another handy man. Rich is not recommended.

He was responsive and on time. He appears to enjoy his work and wants to do a good job for clients. He is thorough and professional and completed the requested repairs.

Mr. Ramires has done work for us before. He continues to amaze us with the range and quality of work he does. Also, he honestly tells us the very few things he cannot do. He is a real craftsman.

Rich was always on time, very respectful to my home and very attentive to the work he had to do. No, he doesn't answer his cell phone while working on your job/project. I highly recommend Rich, he is an outstanding individual.
