I love his professionalism, I like that he is nice and clean-cut, and I like that he is neat with all of the jobs he does. He is very versatile; he can do minor electrical to plumbing to things I wouldn’t think that he could do like repair my window. Also, he is very organized, very knowledgeable, very methodical, and very reliable.

Honey-do had done previous work for me - I was very satisfied. This new clogged drain was worked on by someone else. This rating of all "A"s describes Honey-Do's earlier work.

We contacted him, he stopped by to view and estimate the effort (a small job), completed it, and it has gone well.

He's excellent! He'll do just about anything and he does an excellent job. He's really careful about billing the exact amount of time he worked.

Rich is exceptionally competent and professional. If you don't have a handy spouse, you need him. We'd been living with doors that didn't latch properly (including one that locked us in the basement twice) for 20 years, and I'd accumulated a list of nagging to-dos. This spring I got tired of living with these irritations and searched Angie's List for help. The first person we called had lots of glowing reviews, but broke four appointments and smelled like a cigarette butt when he finally did show up. Back to the List, where we found Rich. My lucky day! "Handyman" doesn't do him justice: he's a resourceful problem-solver with electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills (and probably more). If you live in town, expect a reasonable travel surcharge (he works primarily outside the perimeter) but it's worth it. He shows up when he says he will, he works quickly and neatly, and if that's not enough, he's pleasant and smart. What more could you ask? By the way, as I was preparing to write this review I noticed there's another company on Angie's List with almost exactly the name. This review is for Rich Ramires of Honey Do Home Services.

We had lost electrical power to part of our home. An electrician who lives in the neighborhood (and made repairs to our home before) had spent several hours trying to figure out why and finally said he couldn't figure out the problem. My husband went on Angie's List, found Honey Do, and made an appointment. Rich showed up promptly and within two hours had our electrical problem solved. Lights on!! The fee was reasonable and he was very personable. I asked questions about a few other issues we have had and he made suggestions for those also. And he installed a new flapper in one of our toilets. He is not a licensed electrician, but a general handyman who seems quite knowledgeable about a good many things, and he certainly got the job done for us. *Note - we live in North Fulton and he is in Dunwoody, usually serving only South Fulton County. He did charge us some extra for travel, but he told us that up front and we still found his rates quite reasonable. I highly recommend him and we plan on calling him again as needed. Thanks Rich!!

We had used Mr. Honey Do before for several small jobs, including a repair to the left garage door. When the right door unit went out we called him first. When we explained the problem, he knew right away what was wrong and that he could not repair it. He did not come out to the site, so there was no charge. He told us to go ahead and call Sears for a replacement. We felt better about the purchase knowing for sure there was nothing less costly that we could have done about it.

Rich followed up with me right after contact and discussed work scope and rate up front. All work was completed professionally in a timely fashion with outstanding craftsmanship at a reasonable rate. What is amazing about RIch is the pace of the repairs. He completed my entire list in less than three hours. I would expect another Handyman would take a day or more. The work area was immaculate after he left. Just can't say enough about how please we were with Rich. I would not hesitate to recommend Rich to others.

Great guy to have for handyman work as he can do many things, does them well, and does them efficiently. Easy to work with and open to taking suggestions as work is being done. Very pleasant personality to work with. No complaints. Pricing very fair for work performed.

He is wonderful. He can do anything; he is my hero. He has come out twice. I think I spent about $600. He was doing the job the whole day. It was well worth the money. He is smart and polite. He cleans up everything. He does not make any kind of noise or unnecessary racket. He comes in, he knows exactly what he is doing, and he has all the spare parts with him. He takes everything away when he leaves. I will use him again in the future.

I was advised of his rates right up front and he told me what to get ahead of time to save time for the under-sink plumbing. We needed another part so while I went to the store while he checked out the attic door off of which one spring had popped and I had propped up with a pole. When I returned, one of the parts wouldn't work/was the wrong size but that was nobody's fault. Rich had a very pleasant and professional demeanor the whole time so we could almost laugh at the situation. The garbage disposal uninstall went perfectly and since I was contemplating changing the faucet due to some weird occasional noise, he did some troubleshooting while I was at the store and when I came back, voila! Problem solved. He discovered a buildup of sediment due to old pipes and cleaned out the handle and had it working like it was new. Rich was able to reattach the spring on the attic door, add a replacement bolt and tightened up some loose nuts and bolts. Due to the quirky nature of the attic door, I had to prop it shut while he was up there. Anyone doing this job would need to have an assistant, anyway. The light in my attic had been flickering occasionally and he discovered faulty wiring that was dangerous. I asked him to look at this when it happened, it wasn't a case of someone trying to add stuff on. The switch got rewired and Rich explained what was going on previously. Rich is great for small projects and minor electrical and plumbing. I hope that everyone has as great of an experience as I did!

I was impressed and pleased with his work. He worked very fast and was very professional. He make the tasks look easy, although they would have been frustrating for my husband and me to figure out how to do. He worked for two hours (his minimum) and got a surprising amount done. He had the hardware needed to fix the ceiling fans, and apparently charged me just his cost or something close, because it wasn't very expensive. My only suggestion would be to communicate with the customer when something looks like it's not going to work or looks like it's going to be unattractive when done as you think the customer wants. There were one or two minor things that I would have liked done slightly differently. One benefit to using Mr. Ramirez is that he is very knowledgeable about home repairs, and will give you advice on how to fix issues. We are first-time homeowners and need a lot of advice. :) Unlike some other contractors, he didn't act as if I was an idiot for not being educated in a field that he is very familiar with. He patiently explained to me what type of materials were best for closet shelves, and told me what to purchase from the do it yourself stores. On the job, he also had a good sense about how much time to devote to fixing something before moving on to something else. One downside to his business is that he doesn't do gutters, work on the roof, insulation, and some of the other dirtier and hotter handyman jobs. Can't say I blame him, but it does mean extra work for us to find someone else for those tasks.

Rick came promptly and spent careful time assessing amount of work to be done and then did it in alloted time. Actually finished early and we decided to find other jobs for him while here. He is very fast but thorough.

This is one amazing professional handyman. He seems to have an innate knowledge of how things work. He is on time and priced very fairly. I will definately use him again every time I need a handyman.

He had two solutions to the plumbing problem. Since the first one worked, we will save the second for the future. He had trouble with the automatic door, but he was determined to stick with it until he found a solution to the problem, and he did. Within a couple of hours, he had solved all my problems. He is EXACTLY the kind of handyman you want when you have a lot of nagging problems.

He does excellent work and I would recommend him. The experience is as good as could be expected.

When he had finished a previous job for us, we had him look at one of our pumps which had worn out. He made suggestions as to the type of pump we should choose, where to possibly purchase it, etc. When I got the pumps, a call was made and appointment scheduled. He came as planned, did the job and left us very confident that we would not have to worry about water getting into our basement. He is very thorough as he checks everything to make sure it is in good working order before he finishes. Excellent job. We will have him do future work for us.

Rich came at the appointed time and handled the jobs efficiently, professionally and all at a reasonable cost. Having previously managed and owned remodeling firms, my expections are a bit higher than the average person but was well pleased with everything. He really knows his job and does it in a professional manner. He is considerate, helpful and really wants to satisfy the customer. This is the third time we have used him to handle jobs that we can no longer do ourselves.

He did a lot of work for us. He fixed some doors for us and also did some work on the outside wall. He installed two curtain rods and adjusted the master bedroom door. He also put a bulb in the fence. He is really good. He also does electrical work. He did some gutter replacement and adjusted something on my deck. He was quick with his work and he knew what he was doing. We could tell that he loved what he was doing too.

Just as always, he is top notch. He is a jack of all trades and well rounded. He does not do roof work, but he went up there and took pictures for me so that when I talk to a roofer I would be able to talk with knowledge. He's very handy and if something you ask him to do is not in his line of work he will tell you. He is very honest, reasonable and thorough. He has a perfectionist attitude toward the work he does. He is amazing. I found him on Angie's List and we really like him.
