+ -1 moreAlaina was fantastic. Punctual, professional, thorough and educational. She told us what to look out for in the future and what should be dealt with immediately. She went all the way to the top of the condominium complex on a day with record-breaking hot temperatures to fully investigate how the HVAC worked. The report was available online within hours of the inspection. All in all, a pleasure to do business with.
