handyman service
 + -1 moreDean charged $40 an hour. The expected amount of time to complete these jobs was about 10 hours. However, it took him almost 20 hours to do what I've had other handymen do in no more than 10. He was very slow (it took him about 10-15 minutes to take measurements of an exterior door!). This is one person you'll want to pay by the job - not the hour!
Description of Work: Dean Holland was hired to: install three bathroom cabinets; repair a small brick missing on the outside; install a metal cover on the fireplace; install a ceiling fan; and several small repairs around a house I just bought.
