He is fantastic and great. I will call or he will call me to come back. Mark McNabb is the person that comes and he is probably my favorite person that comes to my house. He is amazing. He can get rid of anything. He has been coming to my house for years. He goes above and beyond the all of duty. He reminds me of that commercial when the plumber comes out and walks the dog. He really does go above and beyond the call of duty. He never charges if he has to come back for anything and it may not even be related to the work he did. He is very reasonable. We've had wildlife here and all kinds of problems. He will be here when he says that he will be. He is always on time. He is so thorough and always very cautious about our pets. He is the most likable service person I’ve ever had. I am crazy about him and I wish he did everything. He does a full service for about $75 and I have a big house. He is so thorough and so kind. He loves my dogs. He is an animal lover. We had a rat and he had to set up traps. He said once we trapped them we could just throw them out. I told him that neither my husband nor I could do that so he came all the way back when we caught one. He never charged me to do that. Once we had wasps and we had workmen here. We called him and he came right over and didn't charge me; that's the kind of guy he is. I will use him forever.

Of all the people who come to my house, I always look forward to Mark. He is so reasonable, I almost feel bad when he leaves because he does so much work. He is very personable and warm. He knows how to do everything to do with extermination. He also does commercial pest control work for my son.
