Description of Work: I BOUGHT A DVD PLAYER THERE AND THE SALES PERSON WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN I GOT HOME, I HAD DIFFICULTY SETTING IT UP AND CALLED THE STORE FOR HELP. THE SALES PERSON WALKED ME THROUGH THE INSTALLATION AND IT WORKED GREAT.
