Description of Work: I called this company about a leaking roof. They came out and told me it would be 250.00 to repair the leak. After their "repairs" the roof still leaks! We called and told them we are still having the same issue. We were told they would be out again... they never showed. Called again and they didn't answer nor returned my call. If these guys would've taken a little more time and effort, they would've saw the damage area was less than a foot above where they stopped working!!!! Disappointed? That's an understatement!

 + -1 moreUlyses and Harvey inspected the roof of a room addition and found that the roof was improperly built. The new roof decking did not meet the old roof and no flashing was installed between the two. Ulyses and Harvey repaired the roof, leaked tested the roof and took care to try to match the new shingle pattern with the old roof pattern so the repaired area would blend well with the old roof.
Description of Work: Repaired leaky room addition roof. The leak was found between the old roof and the addition roof.

 + 0 moreThe air conditioner at one of my rental properties was not cooling efficiently. Of course, I thought it needed freon. I called Ulyses, whom I have used several times before, to inspect the HVAC. Ulyses and his partner Harvey came to my property and told me that the A/C condenser coils outside needed to be cleaned and added a bit of freon. Ulyses and Harvey are very honest repair persons.
