 + -1 moreThey did a good job and they were fairly easy to schedule. B+ overall. It took them 1-2 hours to do the cleaning, and I was happy with the end result. I've since found that others are more competitively priced, though. I would use them again if they were more competitively priced.

 + -1 moreWhen they came to collect their fans several days later, I asked if an expensive piece of furniture could be saved. They checked a suspect area with a gauge of some kind and assured me that essentially there was nothing wrong with it. Yahoo!
Description of Work: We had a water catastrophe in our home office. State Farm sent them to us to dry out the mess, removed sodden carpeting,stuff like that.

Description of Work: Nothing. Called 15 minutes before my scheduled appt. with a scheduling conflict. 15 min before. He tried to book another date, none of which was possible, I booked this day and time for a reason, so I told him not to bother, I'd find someone else. What an utter waste of my time.

 + 1 moreI called in, and asked for an estimate. They completed the estimate the next day, and emailed a PDF. In my case, they gave an estimate for labor only ($285). But, they came back a couple hours later with material costs (About $35). Since they didn't need access to my house, they were able to complete the job without my being there. So, when I came home from work that day, the job was done. Looks very solid and I'm quite happy.
Description of Work: They replaced the access door for my crawlspace.
