+ 4 moreTom and Brian were able to fix a lot of my move-in repairs. Their work looked great and they were very thorough. Rather than just repair a few loose shower tiles, Tom basically re-tiled the shower floor. My house was built in 1920, so there are often unexpected issues when making repairs. Tom had to install a dryer vent without access to my attic, but he was able to pull it off.
Description of Work: Handymax repaired several projects my inspector identified when I bought my house. They repaired rotting siding, redirected AC pipes, installed a dryer vent, repaired loose tile, removed close line poles in the backyard and replaced pipe to my stove.
