 + -1 moreThey delivered and started to set it up. They came to the door and said that they didn?t have all the parts. They didn?t call and we were unable to get a hold of them. We received a text message from them that they would be out the following Sunday and they would call Friday to confirm. They never called. On Sunday morning they were supposed to be there by 9 am. At 11 AM we got a text saying they were on their way to the ER. They showed up today 45 minutes late. They worked for a few hours and then told me they were going to the gas station. My husband called me shortly after and asked if they had left. I told them that they had and he said he received a text from them that our swing set is poorly engineered and that they weren't coming back from the gas station. They have left thousand of pieces of boards scattered all over our backyard. It has been nightmare!
Description of Work: We bought a swing set and hired them to assemble it.
