+ 0 moreVery well. The repair was completed within two days after my initial call and the team was efficient, professional and thorough. They were extremely knowledgeable and customer-oriented and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Painting and replacement of a 20-foot fascia board, carpentry adjustment of existing eave and reattachment of gutter to fascia board and downspouts. In addition, a second gutter was unclogged and repaired.

Description of Work: I called them two days before the appt to confirm time and other information. There were no objections. Early on the day I expected them to arrive I received a call from then saying they wouldn't be coming-I lived outside their service area. I pointed out that they could have told me that the day I originally called. I was told that the employee who took the call was new and unfamiliar with the service area. I find all of this unacceptable.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters, added gutter covers in certain areas. They did a good job at a reasonable price. | However, I was quoted 50 more to fix a squirrel hole but I was told later that it was not worth fixing (I agree) and he was going to return and fix the entire length of facia board. They did not charge me the original 50. I still don't know the cost of the replacement. I did not hear from the guy, so I called their office. They said the worker would call me but I still have not heard from him (2 plus weeks). | |I also had a robo message to say they were coming at a certain time and I waited in. (I believe this was for the quote). He finally came many hours later. What the worker had on his schedule and my robo message were different. Thankfully I was still home. | |So overall, they did good work and I will use them again, but they seem to have a communication issue. I hate to say anything negative about a small business (and this is minor) but I hope this will help their business in the future. |
