Description of Work: I use Greenmark for the lawn. I had issues with the water coming down off of the gutters and flowing into the yard. They were able to bury the pipes underneath the ground and send the water to the drainage. They did that and we had some really overgrown bushes and they trimmed those back about a third. It was a big job.

 + -1 moreGreenmark Landscaping / Tanya was an excellent person to work with. She knew exactly what I wanted. She met with me several times before I actually decided to hire the company to do work. Their prices are pretty much on par with other companies I talked to. She provided a year maintenance quote (lawn, pruning, weeding) but I decided not to go with it but opted to do one time clean up instead. The crew cut more ivy off than the last company that cut ivy. Greenmark took off about 4-5 feet of ivy growing up the trees. A previous company just cut the ivy about an inch, which really did nothing.
Description of Work: One-time clean up of overgrown weeds in back yard, flower beds, raised canopy, cut ivy off trees, replaced pine straw with 50 bales, cut down some leyland cypress too close to house, pruned bushes.

 + -1 moreOverall, the project was great and made my yard look wonderful. John was so knowledgeable about landscaping and what to do to make a project really look good.
Description of Work: John with Greenmark came out exactly on time for the estimate and on the day assigned, sent several men who worked, worked and worked very hard to complete a total yard clean-up for me. John listened to me and what I wanted them to do and explained to them exactly what I wanted done. They did a fabulous job and my yard has not looked that good in many years. I plan on using them in the future for maintenance and more yard clean-up at another home.

 + -1 moreResults were great. They did everything they said they'd do. I was not disappointed. I got a few quotes, and Greenmark was in the middle. I received lower quotes, but the gentleman from Greenmark who came out to talk with me seemed much more trustworthy than the other folks with lower quotes. I also received a few quotes that were much higher, so I think Greenmark's price was fair. I would use them again.
Description of Work: This was large general clean-up and "face lift" job on about 1/2 acre. Greenmark removed a ton of debris & weeds, trimmed hedges, trenched around trees & shrubs, sprayed weed killer and put down about 50 bails of pine straw.

 + 2 moreFrom the very start, this was an exceptional experience. Tanya is so professional, intelligent, and a pleasure to work with, as is her office staff. Tanya's estimate was thorough, honest, and comprehensive. Competitive bids were in the same approximate range, but I was happy to pay a little extra to have such pleasant and highly professional people to work with. Tanya came out on the day of service, introduced me to the foreman for the day, and showed him and the crew the work to be done. They crew members were very smart, they have a lot of experience and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond what I had expected, and didn't just complete the work but did so in a thoughtful and artistic manner. The crew really aimed to please. I wish I had the "before and after" pictures to illustrate their superb work. We could not have been more pleased with the results and the entire experience as a whole, and will certainly hire Greenmark again.
Description of Work: They performed a spring clean-up of my large yard which included ivy and leaf removal, pruning of a plethora of shrubs, small trees, and beautifying my yard to a state we had never seen before. This was a large job, and took this hardworking and conscientious crew a day to complete.

 + -1 moreThey have always been very dependable for me and are very easy to deal with. Whenever I tell them to come once every other week they change their schedule and when I need them to come every week they change it again. I pay them on the day they visit me.
Description of Work: I use this company to do the regular lawn care for me. They do the mowing, edging, planting and do those chemical treatments too. The yard is very small.

The crew was a pleasure to work with and they are very knowledgeable about their trade. I would definitely refer them to others and I will continue to use them myself.
Description of Work: They mow, trim and edge our lawn on a weekly basis, but the last thing was that they removed some old bushes and trees and replaced them with new ones. There were 6 azeleas, 2 large rose bushes, and 6 gardenias Also put hauled all the debris away for us. That project took them about 2 days to complete.

THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE TO PERFORM THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ON A WEEKLY BASIS. WE NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY WILL SHOW UP. THEY HAVE BROKEN TWO LARGE BRANCHES FROM DIFFERENT BUSHES AS THEY HAVE ATTEMPTED TO NEGOTIATE OUR DRIVEWAY. THEY ONLY BLOW LEAVES, BUT DO NOT EDGE, PRUNE, OR WEED. WE WOULD GIVEN THEM A FAILING RATING AND PLAN TO SEEK SOMEONE ELSE TO DO OUR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE.
