Green Clean Fresh

I orginally called to get the carpets stretched. They told me, over the phone, that they would just move the furniture to one side and then to the other side of the room and then put the furniture back again. I called a 2nd time to add the cleaning. No one told me anything different over the phone. When they got to my house, they looked at my rooms (one room had 3 pieces of furniture in it) they said it was going to be an additional $50.00 due to the amount of furniture in the rooms (my other room has 4 pieces of furniture in it). They proceeded to pull out all the furniture of both rooms. Then they told me I could not go into the rooms for 10 hours! This was 5pm in the afternoon and I have a family that would be coming home soon to go to their rooms and put to bed. I had to go to a hotel unexpectedly! The next day (BTW, I am a lone house wife) I called the men again hoping they would fulfill what I was told over the phone that they would put the furniture back but they would do that for an additional $180.00! I was quoted $175.00 for the stretching in my first phone call. My second phone call I was quoted $185.00 for the stretching and $125.00 for the cleaning. In the end I spent over $350.00 plus a $245.00 hotel fee. That is a huge increase and I still had to move the furniture back by myself. I refused to pay more. Completely bummed out in Atlanta with bait and switch business and swindlers.
