+ -1 moreI saw an ad in the Crier for a 10% discount on gutter work. I had them come out to clean the gutters first, and provide a quote for the work (which I had performed by a different company.) They did a good job cleaning the gutters and their workers were professional. The one problem is that they forgot to include my very nice storage shed, but I also forgot to point it out. I don't remember the exact price for the service, but it was around $100, give or take $20. Unfortunately, I forgot to use my coupon!! Arg.

It's always a pleasant experience -- I call the office and talk to a real person, they get me on the schedule, and call me the day before the crew will be out to do the work. Simple... as it should be.

+ 0 moreGRAY CONTRACTING WAS A SUB-CONTRACTOR HIRED BY HIGHLAND PARK. WHILE HIGHLAND PARK AS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, GRAY CONTRACTING WAS A TOTAL MESS! THE FIRST DAY THE CAME THEY STARTED TAKING THE ROOF OFF OF MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE (WHICH HAS BEEN A BIG PROBLEM FOR MY NEIGHBOR). THE NEXT DAY THEY WORKED ON MY ROOF AND IN THE PROCESS CRACKED A SKYLIGHT. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED OUT IS THAT I GOT A BIG DISCOUNT FROM HIGHLAND PARK AND MY NEIGHBOR EVENTUALLY GOT A NEW ROOF FOR FREE.
